I really hope they rework nv again soon, the current one in HT is fine it just needs a small radius of like a body length or two around you where its clear, similar to legacy, at least for herbivores anyway and scale accordingly to species. not being able to see during a thunderstorm at night AT ALL isn't scary even when you hear predators near you, its just flat out annoying because you arent able to maneuver or even see yourself
