So thats quite interesting. I got perfect diet once, never got muscle spasms, never got infertile, visited a sanctuary, and visited 2 mz, and still nothing. Ive heard from many people before that for the zones, it doesnt matter if theyre active or inactive, as they count, but I dont know if I should really trust that, seeing by how what I did didnt clearly work.

thats not completely true, it seems like it needs to be active for somebody - not just any mz - so even if its not triggered for you- someone has one in that location and therefore it counts - thats the way i have been interpreting

I think the overall migration and patrol zone system is a buggy mess. Plants grow just about anywhere, migration zones are small and only one is active per the huge map in comparison to it.
