I really dont like the current state ceras in tbh, I think it'd be really nice if it got nerfed in weight so it wasn't so oversized, but because of it, it can get a buff in its bile, make it so it incentivizes ceras to use it as a method of escape than fighting, since its supposed to be a scavenger and corpse bully lol. maybe giving the vomit sickness a timer until you throw up, so its like 10-20 seconds later but during that time your movement is slowed giving ceras a chance of running away

i want things that let you spec dinosaurs into different playstyles but not enough to make them completely different dinos just enough to give the player more expression and specialisation, and a threat of not always knowing what ''build'' youre against. i wouldnt want this in the game right now cause there are thousands of other things to be worked on and it'd be a balancing nightmare

you need to do tasks to achive prime, which is past 75% growth and you can become frail or peak rpime depending of id you did or didnt do 5 tasks, and if yoiu get prime there is a peak time, where you get higher speed and dmg and weight, and at 100% ur dmg lowers a bit but ur weight becoems greatly higher(deinosucuhs gets from 8Tons(FG 75%) to 13,5T at 100% full prime)

People like to list all the "tasks" required for prime, but player knowledge on the subject is shaky and is not thoroughly tested. Much of it is based upon a datamined "checklist" that was in the game files before the elder system was implemented, but devs have even said that old version is outdated and inaccurate

I just try to keep healthy, don't get injured, make sure I get perfect diet at least once (all 3 diets at the same time), don't run out of any one diet ("temporarily infertile"), try to nest or be nested (not required, but helps), go to your patrol or migration zones, and travel the map

Teno is capable of defending itself but it also can swim way faster and jump
Cera is able to defend itself unless its adult(which is an issue with an issue with weigh gain on elder system)
Adult pachy gets dominated brcause the weigh difference is too large (issue with prime weight)
Raptor can jump and i guess is forced into packs a bit

Teno and cera are mostly suffering because carno’s new headbutt spam is def op.
Pachy is just kinda mid atm, still can attempt to break legs or flatten the carno if it’s prime and the carno isnt. Also spam headbutt is an issue.
Omni has a bunch of nice ways to deal with a carno: rivers slow them down, losing the carno in the forest, jumping on a rock, or just pouncing and killing it. Though again, spam headbutt is an issue.
Yeah this is a horrendous matchup for dilo, it really needs help here. It at least can try to put the fog on carno and bail though.
Dryo got jukes, especially now that carno’s ram doesn’t auto hit. It’s probably in the best spot out of any of these guys lol.

Maia’s turn radius can easily be managed via drifting and stance swapping to accelerate quickly. Especially against dilo, who is also super inagile.

If a prime Omni is losing to a dilo, that Omni is genuinely garbage. It can literally run circles around the dilo and just pounce it to death. Dilo only wins in a face tank, which it can no longer force due to being slower.

There’s a difference between “too close” and having a 30 meter instant death range even if you react perfectly.

Carnos main issue is the headbutt spam, if that gets fixed pachy will be just fine, pachy used to weigh 500kgs and could fend off a carno, it now weighs 700kgs i think itd be just fine
