if you are interested in the game but not sure on the gameplay, id look up kouga, and metta on youtube. kouga is great for basic information, and metta has some very good videos that are well grounded in the gameplay. thevian also has amazing videos that also include growth and the struggle to reach adulthood and not just constant fighting as an adult

at first you had to collect a combination and suffer if you ate too much of one kind and drain it to fix your diets.

now you have a set of 3 diets you can fill and it gives growth bonuses up to 300% as well as different buffs irregardless of the combination
