Dryo/Galli are great for learning the map

Animals like rex/deino tend to be newbie traps, but get easier as you become more familiar with the game

Now that I think about the size of recent Dinos... Omni might not be as beginner friendly as it use to be. But the ability to jump on a rock and rest is very handy, especially if you haven't mastered stamina management.
