I think in general deinos just won't be able to grow in peace anymore with so many barys lurking around.
Up until the first 3 hours of their life they would still weigh less than 1.5 tons and would likely die to adult / prime bary. Even if they grow a bit beyond that, I imagine barys will hang around in groups of 3-4.

I imagine there will be far fewer deinos reaching adult in general, even though yes adult deinos will oneshot any bary it comes across.

You gotta play it to know, it's actually fairly balanced

But also, don't be hard on yourself. As Omni your main tool isn't just speed it's agility. That's how you escape carnos and juvie rexes. They absolutely can't turn nearly as fast as you, so zigzag is your best friend.

It's not really a good place to judge rex balance cause everyone is a rex.

I’m not the type of person who likes being a big crushing type of character so i didn’t enjoy the slow and dominating gameplay personally but i can see the appeal. I don’t ever die to rexes on omni it was just that very specific instance of being chased down by a juvi and not being able to escape it because my exit points were being cut off by two larger rexes as well

When you're underwater you're not able to see people out of the surface of the water. You're still able to angle your camera to see above, but you have to be pretty close to the surface and people will see you.

I noticed that small dinosaurs like Pachy or Omni only require 1 migration and 1-2 patrol zones. At least, that's how I raised my Pachy and Dilophosaurus.
