It doesn't need the pounce. Claw attack and bites should be what it got. From a visual perspective too. Because the pounce is somewhat directable, and with the way latency works in this game, the gigantic obese Allo just ends up running into you, and when you're trying to defend yourself or attack, it's already teleported onto you.

And there is no way to fix that mess visually, even if they make this pinslop better gameplay-wise

Troodons venom bug can cause epilepsy to some people. I’m not aware of any allo pounce bug besides it floating in the air while doing the pounce animation
