Get your fish first and head to the sanctuary in HL or Delta to savage; down by the Delta dam you can sometimes find Beipi body drops and it's easy diet there.

And the amount you have to do of certain requirements could be based on your growth time. So for example a Herrera is small, it grows quickly so it would only have to grow in a MZ for 10% of its total growth, whereas a Trike would have to be closer to 30% of its total growth within zones
