Because currently deino doesn’t care about your lung capacity, it just sets it to like 20 seconds. Grab another deino with 10 mins of O2 left? Nah you have 20 seconds to live because someone held you.

That second point is just not good cerato shouldn’t just be bodying everything its own size (including herbis)

If cerato is also faster than bary then it can run away to avoid the fight. We know bary is getting a defensive stance, it being able to swim away shouldn’t equate to it getting neutered to “balance” it.

It's not getting neutered, cera is already slow as molasses. IF bary is slower sure, let it stand it's ground. But I severely doubt the defensive stance will do anything against vile, I don't foresee bary standing it's ground for long purely out of water loss
