Instead of making the prime zones just the mz/pz make it so you have to hit locations listed in your diet

For example stego has “grasslands” in its diet, so stego naturally has “prime zones” for all the grasslands.

It also has swamp, so another prime zone is swamp.

Now you don’t have to rely on blind luck or third party sites since these new hidden prime zones can be huge, with it not needing a guide.

It was fun, but the server had no consistent direction and everyone played carnivores. And now for some reason I think it’s either offline or I just haven’t found it. Strange to since it was popular before this update.

my primary response to those people will always be this, and i think most people can understand this concept:
do you complete a minecraft playthrough in one sitting? or any game that requires a longer term investment to complete the story? growing a dinosaur doesn't need to be like sitting down for a round of mario kart and doing a few races. you can log out of a dinosaur and save your progress and pick it up later. entombment could also be used as a means to store a dinosaur on a server to swap to a different dinosaur before coming back to the original later. and if you really want that experience, then smaller creatures can be that. larger creatures taking ages to grow is simply healthier for the official experience of the game.
and as i stated earlier, longer growth creates more room for all of the survival mechanics to... mechanic if you catch my drift.

Oh yeah amounts are always an issue. But there was an issue around this time last year where AI were just spawning in inaccessible places or running into the sea immediately. I believe the biggest thing is an issue where rex can crush trike through/over its head shield, and I've heard something about it being able to do 2 fractures in one crush

So the strategy for rex right now is to basically run head first into the trike and put your body in its head so you can attack its back

Rex runs circles around trike, trike can never escape, Rex does full fracture dmg through trikes face, osc and diet still makes it where 3 crushes leg fractures, leg fractures disable trikes entire kit, trike has no solution to a Rex on top of it, trike HAS to be within the Rex’s weight to even stun it with shift lmb, hold lmb doesn’t stun Rex even with 200kg on it, trike can’t turn fast enough to get a Rex out from behind it, trike alts make it Easier to tail ride, crush has such a low cd the fight ends in 12 seconds, trike has to deal 33.33% of the Rex’s hp every 4 seconds to win, once leg fractured the Rex can wait for 10seconds to always stun with crush leading to a 10% hp Rex killing a 80% hp trike, Rex can instantly toss a trike, Rex can ignore stuns, Rex can ignore trikes hold lmb, Rex can ignore spar with crush sometimes, Rex can ignore trikes head and stun it from the front sometimes, etc

Pretty much any carnivore or herbivore can hunt baby rexes, but once they reach a certain size the only thing that can effectively hunt and deal with them is allos to my knowledge, but even allo is probably not effective if theres more than 1 rex

I’d be satisfied with being able to run the highest graphics at a consistent 40 to 50 tbh. But I’m not sure where the line is on that to wager what to get

You also have to think about the future. Software outpaces hardware so you likely in 2-5 years might need to make upgrades to keep up with newer games.

Rex seems pretty much immune to bleed once attacked an adult maby even a prime rex (idk how to spot the difference) he killed 2 of us bcs of his op alt attack and then pulled done hoodini on us and just vanished. Honestly laptops are pretty high priced for weak hardware. Desktops are definitely something to look into.

The Isle is a pretty heavy game to run due to it's poor optimization and Unreal Engine 5 also being heavy on weaker hardware. Also depends on what you're going to be doing. If you just want to play The Isle or it will be the heaviest game you play, then you can easily get a budget build for your price.
