I would have recommended a 12GB GPU
16GB Ram is going to cover the usual minimum for chunkier games but it's always nice to have a little more if you don't want your PC to use up all its resources on one task

I think evrima is much better since its actively recieving updates and improvements to the game. Legacy isn't bad and has its own charm but I feel like the turn fighting and tail riding combat feels very underwhelming as a whole whereas evrima has more nuanced combat which makes fights more enjoyable
