For one to fix the controller issue, go to your PC location "C:\Users\name\AppData\Local" and remove the isle folder that contains your old setting.

Go to the Steam account and settiing click on the4 download tab, and click on the clear-catch. should sign you off steam completely and relog in and let the patching finish on the isle should be okay from there.

It's working for me, but the dino that was built was lost so starting all over what a mess.

Sadly I believe it's an issue with loading and not much can be done outside of lowering settings and/or closing background programs. It's generally related to CPU age (it happens to me a lot, I have an i5)

Go into Isle folder, find the EasyCheat.exe. Run it. You might not see anything visually change, but open your game and see if it runs after that. That's how I fixed mine.

people are hyped and theres only a handful of servers, and you're one of several hundred+ people trying to get that spot. its unlikely that people will leave too frequently either, so just keep at it.
