Hi, I'm having a problem with the game. I can run it very well at 90/100 fps on epic settings, but I have a problem that's ruining the experience. When I run or walk and turn left or right with the keys, I get stuttering on the screen and my dino stops for a moment and then starts moving again. Does anyone know how to fix this? Hey, ive got 550 ping and 1 fps on every server i play on, i cant move and basically the game is unplayable. I have 3060 GPU and all the required hardware, in some ways my setup even exceeds it. My internet was just fixed acouple of weeks ago. Ive got this problem for about 3-4 months now and it reached a state that i basically cant play the game anymore. Ive tried setting my graphics to low and everything, deleting the config folder, reinstalling my game, nothing worked. Id really need some help. Everytime i move my ping and fps drops radically.

Alright, I'd try deleting the config folder just in case. Remember to reapply your graphics options after

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

Idk if this is troubleshooting specifically but I noticed that after revisiting old official servers, the Dino's I had on there get wiped even with safe logs. I'm sure this is a feature rather than bug but I'm just wondering how long you have to be inactive on the server for before your Dino gets wiped?

i've just had an issue with a forever queueing on EU8 in Evirma just now, and it doesn't show how far back in line you are anymore. my friend and i finally closed the game restarted and were able to reconnect as there was a lot of room. They got in fine. however mine continued to not let me in for about another 5 minutes. it wouldn't show my stego anymore and was struggling while trying to load. when it finally did load i had dropped to 32 percent and was back in the swamp sanctuary. before i logged off in game i was 65 ish percent and up by the higlands. the time i logged off before that i was 50 ish percent and up at the lake in the top left hand corner. i have zero idea if i can somehow get that dino back. i'm scared to log in again if it'll seal it if that makes sense. but i just lost so many hours just sucks. hope this is the right spot to post this

it sucks yeah....sadly it's a server side issue and we cannot do anything directly ourselves to fix that...just gatta wait for the devs to patch. Server restarts can sometimes make you lose progress, also i do not believe they could give you back your dino in officials. so many people try to get in at the same time, queues clog up, and creates issues. More people get in than the server can actually allow and make queue times even longer. It's just a whole bunch of reasons bunched up.

I can't do primary attacks on HT rn. my secondary attacks work but primary and primary alt attacks just don't function. 11 days now i cant acess any steam game due to the isle having steam subsystem failure , i have tried 3 times reinstalling uninstalling steam and the isle. anti virus excluding the isle from firewall, steam support didnt give me any help, i tried Bios, boot csm to uefi didnt work, all 48 entries of troubleshoot on the discussions page didnt work, simply restarting pc didnt work, reset winsock + IP Stack, reset network adapters, disabled IPv6, Firewall disable enable, tested multiple steam regions, confirmed the issue perists on hotspot, i dont know what to do anymore can anyone help

2. uninstall any third party antivirus if you have, like avast, McAfee, Norton, etc. Use their own uninstaller tools to do so

1. do you have any third app antivirus? like McAfee, Norton, etc? if so, uninstall them using their own uninstallers

2. Can you login if you use a secondary account? if yes, you got a ghost ban
