I checked the discord and someone else reported it today, I saw that someone said check the pins, but im a bit confused, the pins say something completely different, It said to delete everything in the folder that comes up when you click "browse local files" but thats the entire content files of the game? Try just right clicking the game, Properties>Installed Files> click verify integrity. If that doesnt solve it reinstalling should. Luckily the game is now only ~7gb

I think I used to have an issue with that or similar. I just spam deleted config and stuff and it seemed to randomly fix. I’d say to look it up and follow all instructions for checking it’s not the pc causing issues. Typically checking everything’s updated, cleaning fans n stuff, checking for interfering apps (like antivirus as one of the pins said). Worst case spam deleting config(every single the isle folder/file!) and letting it rest. Sometimes it just has to fix itself

When ever you change version or after a big update you MUST Delete the Config folder, especially important with a game in active beta development due to numerous engine changes

How to Delete the Config folder

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Open File Explorer.
3. Click the address bar at the top.
4. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
5. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
6. Open the "Saved" folder.
7. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults, may also improve performance
8. Start the game.

Settings will have to be adjusted again

Also:

• Update your GPU Driver (use the manufacturers website) and Windows OS to the latest version

• Verify the game in Steam

• Delete Steam Cache (Steam Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache - may take a couple of game restarts to get the full benefit)

• Hitting APPLY in Settings once your Dino has loaded into the game, this can reactivate "stuck" settings that may help with performance

For blurry graphics you can try your render scaling setting at 100%. If you have nvidia you could also try going into your nvidia control panel, selecting The Isle, and fussing with your image scaling settings there instead of just in-game. I don't know what your issue looks like exactly tho so I am just waffling

I have been having this problem since the trike update came to the evrima version and it still hasn't been fixed, I've seen at least 15 people have this problem but I still haven't found a solution, this bug has been ruining all my fun for almost a month now either a moderator or the creator of the game should help or give me my $20 back. Hi everyone,

I'm slowly losing my mind here. I’ve been trying to launch The Isle for days now, but EAC keeps blocking the game with the message:

"Please close Interception before launching the game."

The strange part:
I have never installed Interception, and other EAC-protected games like Marvel Rivals run perfectly fine on the same system.

Here’s what I’ve already done:

Checked for Interception (driver + service) → Not installed

Removed any ReShade files → None found

Verified game files via Steam → 100% OK

EAC setup won't open → Clicking the EXE does nothing

Manually removed and reinstalled EAC → Problem persists

Stopped ASUS Armoury Crate and all related services → No effect

Performed a clean boot (only Microsoft services) → Same result

Again, Marvel Rivals with EAC works fine → This issue is specific to The Isle

I’m out of ideas at this point. Can anyone help or provide insight on why EAC detects something that’s clearly not there?

even running as admin, im connecting to a server for all of 2 minutes before my dino cant eat drink sit etc and then i get kicked. already fixed an issue with the anticheat and i now dont get that error when starting both admin and not as admin
this is an issue that started about an hour ago and im too tired of trying to troubleshoot it solo, this isnt how i wanna be spending my time off

That’s weird, I remember a little while before this happened a hacking troodon killed my cera in NA 2. And then it wouldn’t let me join NA 2 anymore. And then a little while after I couldn’t join any servers, official or unofficial
