my personal advice? uninstall it.

This issue can caused by interference from your Anti-Virus. Either uninstall Norton/Avast/AVG/McAfee/Kaspersky and let Windows Defender take over or add the entire The Isle folder in Steam as an exception. You will likely need to restart and Verify Integrity of Files on Evrima afterwards. Just disabling the AV is usually not sufficient.
If you use Norton specifically, some people have reported that adding the folder as an exception is also not enough, one user wrote up a guide which may be helpful #🔧-evrima-troubleshooting-🔧 message

Question for everyone! I am trying to play the game, however my ISP has apparantly banned the server connection. Any idea a way around this? Everytime i try to play my PC is blacklisted with my internet company and i have to call to have the blacklist removed.

You may not have fully uninstalled it then, some antiviruses embed themselves pretty deep. I'd try looking online to see how to effectively clear it from your pc

This is an automatic ban and different from bans that are issued by admins on servers, including Official

You need to basically audit your PC and figure out what is causing it

@signal path I've done everything, reinstalled my PC, installed graphics drivers. Everything else didn't help and it's not my PC's fault. In terms of technical issues, I've tried everything for you, for example Cyberpunk 77 works great

oh and the problem suddenly came, so to speak. On Monday I was able to play this with such problems and suddenly the next day only that

• Open the NVIDIA control panel.
• Go to Manage 3D Settings.
• Set Shader Cache to Disabled.
• Save and apply changes.
• Reboot your PC.
• After the PC boots, open the Run dialog box or File Explorer.
• Type the following environment variable into the Run dialog box or the File Explorer address bar and hit Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
• At the location, find and open the NVIDIA folder.
• In the folder, find and open both the DXCache and the GLCache folder and delete all the items in the folders.
• Next, go back to the Local folder.
• Now, at that location, find and open the NVIDIA Corporation folder.
• In the folder, find and open the NV_Cache folder and delete the contents of the folder.
• Exit File Explorer.
• Now, go back to the NVIDIA control panel and turn on Shader Cache.
• Restart your PC.
• Try the game again at your desired settings

Hello guys, I have a huge problem, I cant join some Servers I want to Play on But on some others I Can join its really weird. I did all 8 Steps above so dont Tell me that again. I just cant figure out whats the Problem. Everytime I join the Server i Can See in the corner my food and all Stuff and my bleed But then it just diconnects and then im here with Error 21. Can anyone help me please?

If it is an EAC ban there is nothing you can do to fix it except a new Steam account (if it was SteamID) or effectively a whole new PC (if it's a Hardware ID ban).
You can try DMing your SteamID to PunchPacket and asking if he could check for a EAC ban for you. If your Steam account has been compromised at some point (your login details were stolen and you don't use 2FA, or you used a scam steam login on a scam website) someone else may have been hacking using your steam account and incurred a ban. If so, there is no appeal process that I know of.
