(nb. after adding exception to your antivirus for the isle you may need to delete the 'The Isle' game folder from where it is installed (right click on the isle in steam - properties - installed files - browse to find the location where the game is installed which will open as a File Explorer window in the background in the taskbar) and then maybe restart your pc/laptop then back into windows and run steam again and see if it successfully downloads the game again and runs ok)

I am an adult pachycephalosaurs yet the game displays my preferred food source still as sanctuary mushrooms. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix it?

Now it displays an empty screen with no indication of food.

Upon further testing, I found a migration zone, and discovered than no food source indicates its nutritional value, so I have to throw a dice and pick a nearby edible plant, take a bite of it, just to see whether it's my preferred leafy dish or not. Quite frustrating that. Any workaround? Is it just me or is it a known thing that's being fixed at the moment?

that is older cpu (discontinued - end of servicing life - Wednesday, June 30, 2021) but i think should be able to run it but windows needs to be up to date ... it does have integrated gpu in the chip so you need to ensure windows is using the gtx 1060 rather than the integrated gpu

Everytime I open the isle there's a prompt that asks if I want Steam to be able to make changes to my device- I don't seem to have this popup with any other game from steam though. Is this normal? (I used to not have this popup)

Also just cleared config and verified game files and this started happening D: Never had this problem before with 2k hours on the game so I don't think it's my system (Hordetest) - I played hordetest yesterday without clearing config and didn't have this issue. • to check what graphics card/gpu is identified/installed in your pc/laptop and windows:

run dxdiag.exe from the windows start/search ... there will be a display tab for each graphics card/gpu installed in your pc/laptop - select a display tab ... on the right hand side look for where it says feature levels ... check if it supports 12_1 (minimum now i think), 12_0 (was the minimum) and not just 11_1, 11_0, 10_1, 10_0, 9_3, 9_2, 9_1, 9_0 etc ... you can also see what graphics driver version/date you are running just above it.

Hello! So when I first download the isle I set it up to play on legacy (which worked fine) but later decided to try evrima but when I got it switched to it, as I would join a official server my FPS would barely reach 15 and usually went from 5-9 FPS which was beyond to glitche for me to play so I switched back to legacy since it worked better then evrima for me but then legacy was all messed up with the controls not working, blurry screen when in-game and a few other things...so I switched back to evrima but still getting extremely low FPS...I turned all the settings down low as far as graphics ect. Which helped some but still only getting about 24FPS at the highest... is there anything on my end I could try to fix it? I just bought the game about 4 months ago but haven't been able to actually play it with this issue 😔

You try the "clicking apply" thing once you're in game? Also what's your 3d resolution set to and do you have lumen enabled?

3d res and lumen both crunch fps
