So i fixed it for now. Go into steam right click the isle, browse local files, find your isle folder, delete everything in the folder ONLY in that folder, press the windows key, type in %localappdata% find the isle folder, delete it. go to run the isle and let it download files, once its done run the game, close it then run it again, see if it works.

worked for me, but im only testing on unofficals right now.

hi I'm having some troube with my ingame sounds, its realllyy glitchy sometimes. But the sound outside the game and on other games are completely fine but in the isle, its being really glitchy and annoys me a lot when I'm trying to play, it especially happens when I'm near other players. SO, to rehears my issues, i have the same issue as a lot of other folks i'm seeing which was fixed on the previous patch before this last patch. When trying to connect to a server i just get kicked back to the main menu with no error messages. I have done the following the fix the issue:

1. reinstall the game from scratch
2. verify integrity
3. uninstalled and reinstalled the anti-cheat
4. Driver updated my PC
5. Closed all software but steam and the game
6. Rebooted my PC

8. realising the devs dont actually love me cuze they won't let me play
9. hoping to find moral support in the wrong place on the discord (aka #general-feedback-discussion )

1. you can go to your device manager and try to update it manually (just update the driver there).
2. you can get the actual driver online by checking your manufacturer's page for it.
3. you can go for something like driver booster BUT can't tell if its still safe to use

If you have one it will run the game but you will not enjoy it, if you are buying a new gpu I’d recommend a 3060ti/4060 or a similar amd card but do your own research first

Perhaps you can find a intel arc gpu even though I’d not recommend it for the isle as I have no idea how it will run it but you can always pick up a amd card, they are usually a bit cheaper

If you are having difficulty joining any games here is what I learned.

1- if you try to join an Official server and it tps you back to the menu, you will crash trying to enter any other server.

2- Joining Unofficial servers are your best bet in getting in.

3- If you are having errors with Anti-Cheat or if you can't join any servers and the config fix didn't work you can either try deleting your windows Shipping folder or just reinstall the game.

If you do a fresh install make sure you restart your computer too, and make sure your Graphics driver is up to date (If you have a Geforce use the Control panel fo rit)
