Hmm... it's possible you're running out of VRAM on your card and it locks the game, Unreal Engine can be quite VRAM hungry especially if you have stuff like textures and just above low.

And 8GB is quickly not becoming enough.

A ping of 100 is not considered a good ping by many. It could also be that you are experiencing package loss.

It can be caused by weak WLAN connection, if you use it that is. Look it up on google, you can also check for package loss via tests directly - but like I said a ping of 100 is not really a "good" ping. It could be caused by that.

The Isle Evrima Gateway Horde Test Bug. For some reason the grass and bushes shift places when I get near them. No clue on why.

I'm having an issue where I cant join Official servers. I have tried pretty much everything available and I've heard its about my router, and I've messed with that too. I used to be able to play Officials (and I was able to on Legacy). But a while back, I couldn't play on Officials all of a sudden. I have tried VPN's but it never lets me stay long or its just unplayable. I have not found any solutions that have worked. I have thought about resetting my computer but I would really prefer that to be a last resort. If there is anyone who knows how to fix, please do let me know.

Informations you are giving are weird, you can't install new EAC for the game since game contains latest EAC for itself in it's directory. And also do you have any external antivirus other than windows defender? Other antiviruses might break it actually. You should also give screenshot of error or short recording of it all happening

Soo I am having this problem where no matter what I do I cant seem to manually alt attack, I checked the alt box but it only seems to make me unable to attack at all. For some reason, the grass and bushes shift places when I get near them. No clue on why. I watch other videos on The Isle on the gateway Hordetest and they don’t experience the same thing. For Pc specs: have an RTX 2060 8Gb with a Ryzen 7 3700x with 16Gb ddr4 3200mhz ram running in dc. I also have the latest drivers. For graphical settings: 3d resolution is set to 100, textures and effects quality are set to epic, and lumen high and RT are on. This weird effect wasn’t happening other times I’ve played the Hordetest and no amount of saved folder deletion, file validation or game reinstallation has reverted this. Any help/input would be great because the constant foliage shifting has been giving me a bit of a headache. For those asking, I’ve made a bug report already.

Hey so this is weird and has never happened to me before but I opened the Isle Evirma and got into a game and before It loaded my entire PC black screened and disabled my 2nd monitor and the game crashed. Now my PC isn't detecting my graphics card. I haven't played the isle in a long time and after trying to play just now it did this. Don't do anything with eac itself it's not necessary unless it's running in background before you launch it through steam. Did you install legacy first and evrima or installed evrima right away?
