That GPU is unfortunately not compatible with evrima, as evrima requires a GPU which supports DX12 feature level 12_0 or higher - yours has feature level 11_0. You need a newer GPU/Laptop to run evrima, sorry.

I'm not a AMD user myself, but AMD Adrenaline should be the equivalent to Nvidia GeForce experience, which is basically a hub where you can get your driver updates from as well. So I'd go for AMD Adrenaline if you haven't have that already installed.

Wanted to follow-up on an FPS issue I was having with evrima, along w/ the ambiguous "Fatal Error". I couldn't get my FPS up on my Legion 5 laptop. I tried just about everything.

As far as I know this is a problem with their internet connection. Suggest them to switch how they're connected to the internet (to go from Wifi to Ethernet, for example) and see if that fixes it.

Is anyone else getting spikes of FPS drops while playing in NA or other servers?
I'm trying to see if this is on my end or the servers.
Edit: It may be better to describe as hitching and even rubber-banding on occassion.

If this is your first time trying to play The Isle Try going the the game's folder and running the "InstallAntiCheat.bat" file inside it.

I'm unsure on your error code but could always give that a shot.

Oh, one more thing after a Google search. Apparently a program to control your RGB lights on a computer can cause this?

Hi, ive been having trouble with evrima, after the unreal 5 update I have been unable to, play the game. the frames are worse and my game freezes after a few seconds of playing. never had that trouble with the previous evrima. Been trying to find salution but noting works anybody got any advice.

Did you ever delete your config folder after the update to UE 5? What about an update for your graphics card?

No I didnt, I reinstalled the game thou after it wasn't working.

The config folder remains on your computer I believe. Hit the windows key and type Run and hit enter

then paste this and run it, to go to the config folder

Delete the "Saved" folder to remove all the old config stuff sadly you lose your skins

Stepped out for a bit. Hmm. Have they tried updating their graphics card? That can cause a lot of issues.
Thats about all I could think of other than their hardware isn't enough to run it after updating the engine.

Software is up to date, that´s the first thing we made sure of.

Game has been reinstalled. Config folder deleted. Browsed through Google and the google doc.

It still freezes. I am afraid he has to contact punchpacket....

I've recently just reinstalled the isle as I now have space for it, but when I tried to launch it said something about dx12 not being supported so I switched to dx11 and that's all good but now I'm getting crash reports saying fatal error, unable to launch with RHI 'D3D11RHI' or something like that. Worked fine when I played a few months ago, is there a fix for this? I'm on windows 10

Yes, because the game has switched engine with Update 6.5. Now you need a dedicated GPU that supports DX12 with feature level 12_0.

You can have DX12 but not the features required. As I said earlier, you can't run Evrima anymore with integrated graphics. If you don't have a dedicated GPU, there's nothing you can do.
