Hey guys!
I have a few questions about the controls:
I'm seeing players being able to do the normal left click attack to tear up corpses but I can't do that.
Every left click attack I do is automatically an alt attack.
How can i do those normal left click attacks to tear up corpses?

Also I'm unable to shake a smaller corpse to have it spill out its organs. I think you have to hold a smaller corspe in your mouth and shake your camera to do it (?) but this does not work for me.

I tried to setup my controls to be able to do that (didn't work) and i tried to delete the config folder (didn't work either).

I'm prob just really stupid about this but I need a bit of help 😅

If you crash with the ”Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 868] … cpp:910 with error 887A0006” error message, it seems this is due to a problem with DirectX rendering. To fix it, you can try to:

• update your graphics drivers;
• if they're already up-to-date, uninstall your graphics drivers with DDU and reinstall them;
• if you have a Nvidia GPU, uninstall Geforce Experience and manually install the drivers through the Nvidia website;
• lower the FPS limit;
• lower your graphics settings;
• lower your resolution;
• disable Riva Tuner Statistics Server (it comes with MSI Afterburner);
• revert your GPU's overclocking including if it's overclocked from the factory;
• disable third-party software like for example any RGB software;
• configure The Isle to use your dedicated GPU: go in Windows settings > System > Display > scroll down and click on ”Graphic settings” > under ”Graphic performance preferences”, click on ”Browse”. "You can create a new steam library with the steam client. Go to steam -> configuration -> Storage. There you can assign a new storage when clicking on +. Than the new storage shows up. Now you can move in the same window the isle to the new storage (where a new steam library was created). And than try again

Of course you need for that try a diffrent storage and Partitition (I also had it before on Disk C)"

I still have issues with the image sharpness on the latest update of evrima. Why are shadows sometimes horrendously pixelated? I also feel like subjects in the distance like trees look like a washed out water painting. It just feels like you have eyesight problems. Legacy is certainly much sharper at the moment. Before the update, the game didn't use DX12-only features. With Update 6.5, it upgraded to Unreal Engine 5 which has features only supported by DX12, and which The Isle now uses.

Go to the server chat corresponding to your region (#evrima-eu, #evrima-na, etc.) and ping the Official server admin role.
Give them your username and the exact server you are on.
Log out and come back online when an admin tells you to, as not to die from starvation or thirst.

it is very likely related to your steam account + TheIsle, ppl reported that other EAC games worked fine for them. So you cannot even appeal on another listed game.

To fix this please reset your system’s Winsock connection settings by opening a Windows command prompt as administrator (go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories, right-click on “Command Prompt” and choose “Run as administrator”) and entering “netsh winsock reset" (without the quotes). Reboot your computer and check if your problem is fixed now.

If you're a Windows 10 user simply type "CMD" into the search bar at the bottom left, right click "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator", then continue following the instructions above.

If solution above does not solve the issue, a uninstall / clean install may fix this issue. When you uninstall, delete the Isle folder in Steam Apps to make sure any remaining files are gone.

im getting the same issue. i tried all kind of methods ( reseting the game, constantly tring to join a server, verifying files, even going into the client files. ) but easy cheat still shows as the integrity check failed.

Developers can't help you if you're stuck.
If you're stuck next to a Tree, you can try logging out, log back in and then try to move away from your position.

Else you can try going to the correct server channel (so #evrima-eu , #evrima-na ...) and ping the "Official server admin" role.
Tell them your in-game name + your specific server, so they can unstuck you.

Though all Official server admins are volunteers, and might not always be available!
If you don't get an answer in a few min or if your dino is low on water/food, it might be the best to log out for now and try again later.

It doesn't mean anything, as you can have DX12 installed on your system without the hardware to run it. There are also different feature levels. If your GPU supports DX12 feature level 11_0, that basically means it doesn't support DX12-only features.
Can you please provide:

• your graphics card (right-click on your task bar > Task manager > Performance > GPU. If there are two GPU, it's GPU 1 you have to look at);
• your graphics driver version and date (same as above, but scroll down to see the driver's version and date);
• your Windows version (right-click on the Windows icon > System > scroll down to Windows specifications and see what version it says you have).

Hey all, new to game anddiscord, not sure this is the right channel, if not point me in the right direction, but: I have HUGE lag problems on the official servers. Is there a known fix to this? It only happens on official servers, on the others im just fine :S plz help ! And its not a permanent thing. Like i would be playing normally, and after 10-15 minutes, huge lag problems, like 200-300 ping. this goes on for 2-5 minutes, after which, all back to normal again. andthe cycle repeats every 10-15 minutes :S

if that doesnt work go to windos firewall and allow the isle to go in firewall/tick the 4 boxes or every box at tright side of the isle

if you have multiple tick them all

if they are not ticked the isle will not be allowed to use the intrnet

if you cant tick em click on change settings

if those steps dont work after you restart and try game with them do this here : go to command promp or type in cmd click enter and type this: ipconfig/flushdns that should refresh intrnet cache and it shuold make connection faster
