As it stands currently, there are no official legacy servers anymore. Most legacy servers are full of chinese hackers. If you want a taste of the old game try it out, but you'll be hard pressed to find a decent legacy server.

Also use disk cleanup to delete the directx cache (type disk cleanup in your windows search bar). Then press windows key + r and type in %localappdata%. Once in, delete "D3DSCache" folder. Then try the game

I’m playing on empty servers too

When i start evirma, EAC starts as it should. But then when loading the game (the image after EAC) a second instance of the game starts (EAC again ask for admin rights etc) and starts a second instance of Evirma. When i disallow the game doesnt start. When i allow the second instance to start, i get the "Maximum number of instances reached" error. How can i break that loop?

"You can create a new steam library with the steam client. Go to steam -> configuration -> Storage. There you can assign a new storage when clicking on +. Than the new storage shows up. Now you can move in the same window the isle to the new storage (where a new steam library was created). And than try again

Of course you need for that try a diffrent storage and Partitition (I also had it before on Disk C)"

In steam, right-click the isle, go to manage, then browse local files. Once in folder, right-click the Uninstallanticheat.bat and run as admin. Restart PC afterward. Then go back into the same folder right-click installanticheat.bat and run as admin. restart PC agian, then try and boot the game. Also delete "TheIsle" folder in your %localappdata%

Mine has mainly been the 887A0006 fatal error. Whenever I try and play the game sometime between getting on a server and 45 min. I crash out. It has only done it since the 6.5 update

After deleting the files it downloaded content on steam, when I booted up the game I had the same problems as I listed above, the only difference is on the first two boot ups I tried the EAC started and the image popped up as it should but instead of booting up the second instance and saying "Maximum number of instances reached" a steam message popped up saying app running, then the image sat on my screen and the isle was still active in my task manager before disappearing on both. afterwards on the 3rd boot up it went back to the loop i listed above.

Sadly this is an old GPU, I doubt it still receives driver updates and even if it did, you still wouldn't be able to launch The Isle because the GTX 940M only supports DX12 with feature level 11_0, which is not enough for newer DX12 titles such as The Isle. I'm sorry for the bad news.

Sadly that's the risk with PC games and especially early access games, they can evolve so much and so fast, and your PC sometimes doesn't keep up the pace. You still have Legacy, which is the game you technically payed for, though I understand it kind of sucks to go back to Legacy after experiencing Evrima.
With Update 7, Evrima will become The Isle's main branch, if I recall correctly—that means you will be able to play freely through Geforce Now, which is a cloud-gaming platform: it streams the game to your PC, or even your phone, tablet, etc. That could be a nice alternative until you can afford a new GPU. :)

No, Evrima does not support DX11 at all anymore, you really have to have a GPU that supports DX12 with feature level 12_0 or higher for it to work.

If you can't connect to servers, make sure that you have a stable and unrestricted internet connection, that the Isle is allowed through your firewall, that every third-party antivirus software is disabled and that your VPN is turned off if you have one.

If no result, and if relevant, reset your router and make sure to disable the built-in firewall.
If it doesn't work, connect directly to the modem with an ethernet cable.

If still no result, type cmd in the Windows research bar, right-click on command prompt, choose ”run as an administrator”. Type those commands in, make sure to hit enter after each one:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Then restart your computer.

The steam page will be updated for Update 7 if I recall correctly. That means the recommended specs will also be updated to reflect properly what hardware is needed to comfortably run Evrima.
I can however recommend you simply fairly recent and mid-range gaming CPU and GPU. Go especially for a GPU that supports DX12 Ultimate (feature level 12_2) for future-proofing.

I've been waiting in queue for a long as time, like 20 minutes and when I finally get in, it instantly crashes. I've been able to play it yesterday WITH crashing problems, however I could at least get into the game.

This is a known bug. If you see a server that is showing 90+ players in it, refresh until it hits 100, then join. You will then be put in a queue. The server list doesn't accurately reflect the proper amount of players on the server.

Hey just a sorta simple question, to explain background, I have a funky core on my PC's CPU Core 0 it doesn't agree with Unreal engine games and will cause player models in said games to 'spasm/twitch' constantly and the only solution I had was to disable to core via Affinity settings in the Task Manager for those programs, Unfortunately Easy Anti-Cheat disallows the changing of affinities in programs it's 'overwatching' and so I can't fix the model bugging issue, I didn't know if there was some work-around I could try. No? Your problem is just F2 not working on a server with replays enabled, right? You just need to delete the Config folder (see below for how), then you launch the game, you put back your settings to how you want them, and you'll be good to go.

Open the Saved folder.
Delete the Config folder.
Relaunch the game.

It doesn't answer my question, anyway, your crash is due to an overload on your GPU, so if lowering as many things as you can doesn't work at all, it's possible that you have something else on your PC that puts a colossal load on your GPU. Have you downloaded something suspicious lately? Someone kept crashing because they had a BTC miner on their computer.

No idea. But also the translation in French is weird. Might just be a translation issue. If it says everything has been validated, then it's everything is good on that side. As I said earlier, the crashes are due to a problem with DX12/UE5. Some fixes can help, but for some people it doesn't help at all. It seems like you're among those people, sadly.

How do I fix constantly blurry/unloaded textures? My vram avg. use is 5gb/16gb playing on epic preset. When the blurry/unloaded texture happens dinos in creation menu are white blobs and the growth menu gets extremely pixelated and stretched as well.

This is normally fixed by wiping the Config folder:
If playing the game, close it.
In your Windows search bar, type %localappdata% and hit enter.
Locate the Isle folder, open it.
Open the Saved folder.
Delete the Config folder.
Relaunch the game.

Guys I have sometimes issues with the sound. It's like "sound shattering". Happens ~ 15min, then it dissappear for 3-4 hours and appear again.

I will try it again: When i start evirma, EAC starts as it should. But then when loading the game (the image after EAC) a second instance of the game starts (EAC again ask for admin rights etc) and starts a second instance of Evirma. When i disallow the game doesnt start. When i allow the second instance to start, i get the "Maximum number of instances reached" error. How can i break that loop?
