Try going to the correct server channel (so #evrima-eu , #evrima-na ...) and ping the "Official server admin" role.
Also tell them your in-game name + your specific server.

If you don't get an answer in a few min or if your dino is low on water/food, it might be the best to log out for now and wait for a respons.

Check to see if your graphics are up to date and meet minimum requirements (if you have Nividia 3D settings mess with those as well, towards performance) It could also be worth checking your firewall and making sure the Isle is allowed. Also be sure you have a strong steady internet connection

I'm having troubles with "Easy anti cheat is not installed" since the last update. I've tried reinstalling the game, deleting the easy anti cheat folder and verifying game files, running the easy anti cheat install files from the game folder, updating windows and drivers, and checking antivirus and firewall and its still not working. I've never had this issue before and I'm running other games that use easy anti cheat just fine. Anyone have any ideas what I can do besides just wait for a new update to the game and hope it fixes it?

Try running the UninstallAnticheat file, then the InstallAnticheat file. It will usually work if just running the installation file doesn't work

I have been having problems since yesterday with the game, it just started before Restar 11:08PM. My entire laptop got stuck and I could only move my Dino with the Xbox control, so I did "alt, control and delete" to close the game and restart the lap. It is more so how strong the connection from your router to the tower which connects to the server. You can try restarting your router and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi. Restart steam and your pc as well. This will make it a fresh start and hopefully can lower the ping. If not, it’s a poor connection to the tower.

I'm having the Easy Anti-cheat error and tried verifying the files integrity, and tried to manually install easy anti-cheat, but the setup executable does not open. I tried to look for solutions online, but nothing is referencing the issue of the setup not executing at all.

I am also having this exact problem! I was playing tonight for roughly an hour and my game indefinitely froze 4 times (I had to close out Evrima entirely and relaunch each time, forcing me to hardlog my dinos each time) and each crash happened quicker than the last one. I cannot even open the game at this point ;; I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling The Isle, did everything that colindocale did with the exact same results as well as trying to look up the issue online, in which a reddit post said they just deleted the file that EAC was yelling about (the same one mine is) and it worked for them after that but now it is also giving me an additional "trying to allocate a texture" error. If I can get @'ed/pinged in the resolve too that would be highly appreciated!

Well, an idea could be to check again if it's EACs fault:

Try deleting the "EasyAntiCheat.sys"(maybe "EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys" for you) file.
You might want to make a copy of it though, just in case. Though it shouldn't matter

It's default path should be in "C: -> Programs(x86) -> EasyAntiCheat_EOS",

• Go there and delete the .sys file
• Then, go to your games folder and delete the EAC folder
• Verify your game files over steam
• Unintall and install Easy-Anti-Cheat over their .bat files again (Feel free to ask if you don't know how)

I've been reading up on some other issues, especially with some "untrusted file" errors and corrupted windows files. Since for example the "Stuck-in-the-splash-art"-issue can be fixed over re-installing Windows.

So I wondered, if the "Stuck-in-the-splash-art"-issue is caused over some Windows issue, maybe the "not-starting"-issue is too ? it's worth a try to check maybe >.<

One of the things you can apperantly do to check if a Windows file got corrupted or de-like, is to open your cmd window and navigate over "cd C:/windows/system32/" to your system files.
There you should be able to do 2 different scans for errors over your cmd window:

1.) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
And
2.) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Both checking for different files, the first for the registry and the second in partitions.
And depending what they say you could try to "restore" it with:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I really do have to say though that I'm not an expert in this, I've just been reading up on them.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the windows key (or press "Windows key" + "R")
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter. (make sure you're really in Appdata -> local, and not in Appdata -> Roaming!)
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder, and go into the Config folder.
6. Open the WindowsClient folder.
7. Delete the "Input.ini" file (for it might be called "Input")
8. Restart the game. The issue should be fixed.

It basically resets all your settings, so your Graphic settings too!
You might want to make a screenshot or so of it first.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.

3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter. (make sure you're really in Appdata -> local, and not in Appdata -> Roaming!)
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.

The last thing I can think of is a full uninstall, the question is if it's worth it for you xD
Learning how to recognize your gender based on the model isn't a bad skill to have xD

A re/un-install from hand can sometimes help with certain issues were a normal uninstall over steam doesn't work.
Some files "survive" if you uninstall a game over steam, therefore this might help.
For a complete uninstall do these 2 steps:

1.) Deleting your Steam game files:

• Right Click The Isle in your steam library
• Select Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files
• Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.

2.) Deleting your Local game files

• Press "Windows key" (or "Windows key" + "R" if that doesn't work)
• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.
• Search for TheIsle folder.
• Delete the TheIsle folder once you've found it.

Now you can re-install the game over Steam, like normal.

hmm, try deleting the "EasyAntiCheat.sys"(maybe "EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys" for you) file.
You might want to make a copy of it though, just in case. Though it shouldn't matter

It's default path should be in "C: -> Programs(x86) -> EasyAntiCheat_EOS",

• Go there and delete the .sys file
• Then, go to your games folder and delete the EAC folder
• Verify your game files over steam
• Unintall and install Easy-Anti-Cheat over their .bat files again (Feel free to ask if you don't know how)

For these two species you get sick when you eat others of your own species, it's a Cannibalism sickness.
It should go away after 15-20 min, depending on how much you ate.

If you're playing as a Herbivore, then you can get also sick from eating Mushrooms.
Only Hypsis are able to eat those.

Okay. I’m going to just say how to get there cause I’m not sure that you’re in the right place. Hit the windows key and search “windows defender firewall” click it and then on the left hand side select “allow an app or feature…” scroll down to the isle and make sure they are all enabled
