True, I did say they underestimated the problem so I agree with you. But they have had communication problems for years. The BEST solution is to have a community manager who is involved in all staff meetings/conferences. That way when 1 dev calls the rest into a meeting to announce a problem etc that guy is there, and the devs can still be busy bees working away and not talking to us and the CM can communicate the on goings to the player base who desperately crave answers.
People say the devs could just do it, but they are not though are they, either because they are too busy or just really can't be bothered to update people who get disrespectful when any problem arises, so a CM would be a good move but hey, I dont employ people at Afterthought
