Its when your Dino can grow past 75% essentially and you get 4 mutations. So at 75% if you are not prime your steg will probably top out at 6 tons I think. Mine is sitting at 9.3 tons

In a perfect world this would be the case. This aint a perfect world though. Typically what companies do that have had a product out this long and it hasn't done stellar. If they do get a jump they usually just pocket the money or put it to a new project. Not saying thats the case here, it's just the norm
