In theory, when we log into a server in game, in lore we are an EIP somewhere in AE computers being "downloaded" into the dinosaur body, so to speak (whether it is actually stored in the animal or externally is unimportant for my point). It is where we go from the AE/Olympus system generally, to the dinosaur bodies specifically.

Perhaps this access, this new thing where we type APOLLO and are given a password prompt - perhaps this is the EIP finding a way out of the "download", finding a new route within AE networks instead of returning to a body
