No, just the ones left in the human building are giving that texture, ones left on grass, sand, etc seem normal. Site D10 for reference, but imma go check other human buildings too now bc it's cool if it's intentional.

This is a bit more of a practical/game interaction theory, but I noticed the cement walls might have changed and theres some funky pathways with cliffs now. Now instead of one layer theres two walls, and two gates. Is it possible the island is being rebuilt and new animals being introduced over time? And could the walls partition the island into sectors and thus different large ecosystems, while the biospheres contain their own sub ecosystems?

It occured to me it would be very funny if the dev development was staged as the island going from ruin to being rebuilt slowly over time.
