The final site (or not) is a Site-C. This is a black site and a “restricted section”. This houses Atriums, Tartarus (if its still canon), the Matriarch, etc.

I kinda have a fix for the situation with Troodon, to be more exact the taxa no longer being valid

not sure how the genetics work in the isle and how they have it but, they could have done only the specimens (the teeth) that were named before the taxa got lumped to stenonychosaurus, because it makes sense to still call it troodon if they only used the old taxa specimens, especially since they were just teeth, they could have genetically made them the way Troodon was depicted as back then as well without knowing it was a juvenile

so it is pretty much a failed experiment of replicating an actual dinosaur to then still be viable as a creature

pretty much the equivalent to trying to bring back a more fragmentary prehistoric ape and genetically making it an intelligent being, didn't work the way they wanted but they would consider it a success one way or another
