I don't know if this has been considered before, but this can be another solution:
players cannot join their names that includes TenCent , krafton, support, customer service ... and the list goes on and if they try to change their name to that after joined the server (with a different name prior) - give them an @woven hound that they cannot change to such names or the member can be removed. Not too sure how feasible is that, but it's worth considering

Hi I have a few suggestions for weekly matches.
I think it might be better if there is a minimum level 30 account requirement to keep the games fair. I sometimes see new accounts in bronze tier playing in solo rooms, I have no proof regarding if they use hacks or not but they might be helping their friends if they know people’s locations.
