It usually happens due to your network connection, @upper bolt. Please try to do a Routine Repair of the game from login menu and reset your network settings. You can reset your network settings through device Settings > Connection & sharing > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks and Bluetooth. After you reset your network settings, restart your device one time and see if it will make any difference.

Emulators have relatively less player base compared to mobile platform, @olive summit. This can result in higher matchmaking time. This is not something we can help with. What I would suggest is to switch to a server with higher player base like Europe or try to play the unranked game mode in the maps with less player activity.
I actually tried unranked as well, but no match found in karakin and miramar only erangel and livik are very quick to find

I have a friend who have been playing since season 2, never once in his life received 1 day ban or even a 10 minute ban
On the 11th April he was playing a game and his ping was fluctuating, he managed to kill a whole squad with bizon but he said during the fight he wasnāt getting any damage from the enemies even though they were shooting at him, this is the same as the invincibility bug that was reported by so many players on reddit and was later patched by PUBG, well long story short after this game he received a 10 year ban and the ban reason says modifying the game code or data

Soo, I changed my flag the previous week, but im still getting the titles from the flag that i used to have the week before this. Any reason for this?
But, whats your selected region in game ? I think its Changed now. Even if you change your flag these rewards are going to be based on your region/city.

Check your settings. And you would have also had an option to select/configure the city/region you are from.

It's weird because the previous time i changed my Flag, i just got the titles from which flag i changed too, but now i waited 60 days, changed it, and im still getting the older ones. 
Ah, Europe. I understand. Since you changed the flag last week. The award for it , even though partial. You are getting it this week. Next week, will not be counted. And once you are no longer in the list. Youāll stop receiving the titles.

I understand. You are right. Unfortunately I donāt know why Ultra HD is locked for you. But, there isnāt much information regarding this. And as you correctly mentioned , Using modifiers to unlock setting which isnāt available is not advisable.
There was a reason update this season, if you havenāt noticed.
