The iphone with the crosshair shifting issue in 13 pro max has big problem. I can neither play with my ads sensitivity nor play with ads 1 sensitivity for 1st 5 or 6 bullets ( which is what matters the most) If there is a hardware swipe delay, let it be please, don't put fake sensi, slowly we will get used to it. First issue: when game start I see a updating screen which strucks for some some seconds and then checking for updates (that usually takes 2-3 sec) strucks for many secs and then pubg login screen doesnot show directly I see a wallpaper with new event and then loading and then lobby.

What is the chance that pubg could bring back searching for multiple maps at the same time? It is extremely difficult already to find an fpp game as it is, so combined with the fact that you have to guess the map other fpp players are playing on makes it even more difficult. Also, allowing the searching of multiple maps would maybe bring back to life a few maps for fpp that have died. It is baisically impossible to find an FPP game on a map other than Erangel or Livik. If you bring back multiple map search, it would be possible to once again find fpp games in the other incredible maps like Miramar and Vikendi.

I ran across a lot of hackers lately in game and it doesn’t feel the same when there’s people hacking. I thought you guys have the Anti- Cheat system where they banned you if they found you hacking not only in game but also people hacking into other people’s account I’ve seen a lot of people posting that someone hacked their account. This is a serious problem you guys need to fix because people spend money on the game and you guys don’t really take it seriously and not only that you guys have these new investigator people in game but I think they’re not taking it serious, that’s the only concern I have but overall I love the game since Season 2 when I started playing. Since the chapter 6 of metro royale, the kill effect/death crates of upgraded guns are broken in metro royale.

When we kill a player using a gun with upgraded skin, the kill effect and colored crates provided by upgraded gun skin doesn't popup.

When we pay for cosmetics we expect it to work and not to stop working at anytime without any explanations.

Since the chapter 6 of metro royale, the kill effect/death crates of upgraded guns are broken in metro royale.

When we kill a player using a gun with upgraded skin, the kill effect and colored crates provided by upgraded gun skin doesn't popup.

When we pay for cosmetics we expect it to work and not to stop working at anytime without any explanations.

Happened a couple of times now and I don't think it's a connection problem, there's also another one like that but you're not stuck underground, the stuff your brought with you will not load for some time, you can't loot stuff from crates only ground loot, you don't see the bots move and map doesn't tell you where the sounds are coming from.

Also the match start countdown stays there but the blue circle disappears so all you can basically do is roam around, take some loot from the ground and leave. It gets fixed after some time, sometimes it takes long.

2. The stuff you brought with you is gone, even the guns, ammo, etc.
3. Map not working, no gun shot icons or anything

1. Guns will appear but the stuff in your inventory will not appear, it'll take some time to appear
2. You can open crates but can't take loot from the crates, only ground loot

The 90fps frame drop is from pubg have played other games like Shadow fight 3 with 90fps on iPhone and no issue, no lag/ frame drop. Why should they make more limitations on 60 fps while it doesn't stress the device? The reason the fps isn't stable because you enabled 90fps ingame while your device software is limiting the screen refresh rate to 60 technically the game is asking for 90 and your device isn't allowing it which will definitely result in fps drops and fps spikes. limit your ingame fps it will be stable most of the time if the device isn't in severe stress.

It doesn't matter really if you are under the air conditioner the thermal throttling for iphone 13 pro/max is broken even less then 34C⁰ the thermal throttling will be activated and lower your fps to 60 and later dims your screen even while using the black shark cooler the thermal throttling will still be activated. Sounds like Apple considers 34 to 40 is extreme high temperature for the device.

When turning on the screen recorder it makes the screen works on 120 fps (not only 90fps) which means that what the game asked for is being allowed by the operating system. Download perfdog turn on the screen recorder in any game or application the screen will start working on 120 fps and the maximum fps that the game can achieve. Still Apple's issue not PUBGM.

Huh? The actual issue was in 1.8 and the patch was on 1.9 to fix it and it didn't. Your screen isnt dimming doesn't mean your phone isn't already started throttling the screen dimming is later stage of throttling.

At least on 1.8 i would minimize game for 3 seconds if was laggy and was running smooth 10 hours a day untill 1.9 arrived and the trick wont work anymore. Default iOS was running it smooth aswell tho . Although i can Say after 15.4 iOS and 1.9 patch , 90 FPS didnt work anymore. As the game was released earlier, it was a game which made us play for fun, which united us across borders. Was very gud, we had so many emotions as you guys are posting on YT. The game was themed a battlegrounds, had good developers, proper gameplay and less reward compensation messages for bug fixes. As seasons passed and the mindset passed to, the game now is completely based on skins, design, popularity(which is useless), mainly 90% UC. It is like if you have money u survive in game. A game is kind of a escape from reality and thats why a game is for. As new skins grew and events based on UC came, people started to shift based on money and aren't getting connected by game rather connected to their accounts in game. These are creating rifts between people, and as a gaming brand , having made biillions, and what's wrong in giving events which are rewarding for free mythics than ranked rewards, more free legendaries, increase in luck in crates,fixing the goddamn bugs. Increase in reward system for those who spend a lot of time than money in this game which is valuable than money. For god sake can we have a season break and re release the game with clean and proper files without or with only a few countable singular bugs. The game is dying and the game lost its essence. The company is running due to a few rich who spend crores, they could drain and move due to these bugs! As season pass its loaded with a whole new bugged experience. And banning legit players with the defective anti cheat and unable to ban cheaters who we report and give video references and we get that they arent cheating and all they do is shoot enemies even before landing pushing rank to top 100. It's not just something that happens in PUBGM. You can research how 120FPS works in a few other games on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. This is getting better and better with each update. I played Android 90FPS for 1.5 years. Even though my device was fine, I've seen it drop from 90FPS to 50FPS in close quarters combat, or when there's a lot of people in the last area. Yes ofc combat and lobby is set to 90, thing is it only drop FPS when you look in game left or to the right, up and down , if you look slowly you will see the FPS droping if you dont touch the viewing and let the character running is not droping and is smooth, also in airplain FPS drops but not in parachute. It has something with animation probably, if it is fixed animation while running is stays 90, as soon as i turn left right up down its laggy. I played on previius update with the islands and i had no problem on ground nor on the islands with FPS but after the patch 1.9 and after iOS 15.4 and now 15.4.1. That was one awesome event! Gathered free 2160 UC from it. I wish developers can release events like these again because I didn't expect something like this to be made by Tencent. The event is basically was about going outside and hunting crates. There are 2 different crates, premium and normal. Premium one could contain 10 points to score on leaderboard, 60 UC, Airpods or iPhone 13 Pro Max. Normal one has same things except the difference is that it could contain 1 point or iPhone 13. Basically, to get a lot of crates you had to be in big cities in your country where they were popular for example here in Sweden you can find a lot scattered around in Malmö, Lund and Stockholm. The Top 1-3 on leaderboard gets rewarded with up to 4000+ UC and iPhone 13 and 4-10 Airpods and 1800 UC. Event was awesome until it lasted, which I could do it again.

Since the chapter 6 of metro royale, the kill effect/death crates of upgraded guns are broken in metro royale.

When we kill a player using a gun with upgraded skin, the kill effect and colored crates provided by upgraded gun skin doesn't popup.

When we pay for cosmetics we expect it to work and not to stop working at anytime without any explanations.

We are currently in chapter 7 and it's not fixed yet!

It was working on metro since the begining to the previous season. So my conclusion is that it's supposed to work.

But your remark demonstrate multiple problems:

1. I'm not sure that the developpement of this game is driven with specifications.

2. Nobody know how it's supposed to work (even developpers and support)

3. They make useless changes (probably without specifications) that have no sense. (Tell me why they put efforts to disable the gun skins on metro ? Tell me why they put efforts to increase the size of looting boxes ? Tell me why they don't put efforts on usefull changes (look on youtube for the list of glitch, just put "metro royale glitch") ?)

4. The change with the looting boxes is a perfect example for the point n4: They didn't test their modifications, or the testing team don't know what is changed / what is supposed to be tested (because no specifications). Everybody who play 1H in metro see that the looting boxes are bigger this season and also difficult to open (we cant open the looting boxes if we are near them, we need some distance now) (LOL)

I hope you kindly consider adding these into PUBGM and perhaps into PUBG New State as well.
Perhaps a Metro Royale mode could also be implemented into PUBG New State too.

They claim to have "automated fair matchmaking system," but the teams are completely uneven, and I'm forced to solo entire teams 90% of the time. With a shitty team, I go up against complete sweaty premade squads. Every other game I've ever played has had a halfway decent system, but this is pure garbage. For 10 game I'm paired with players who have yet to kill anyone. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS DIED. Why are there so many people who are this bad at this game? Can you put them in their own trash bot lobbies where they can take ten minutes to down each other? Seriously, how is someone supposed to play this game when not a single player out of the 20 they are paired with can get a single kill? What a fucking bs system. I've long stopped spending money on this shit game devs doesn’t give a fuck anymore, and I'm not even interested in or looking forward to the next season. I wish it could simply match you with opponents to keep your K/D CLOSE to 1:1, regardless of your skill level. I'm not sure what happened to this game; it was a great idea until you guys added "matchmaking restrictions." This season, I'm Ace Dominator, but the teammates I'm getting are FUCKING DOG SHIT, and I'm literally getting crown ranks with 1-2 KD every game, while the opposing team gets full conqueror random teammates. I don't claim to be a professional or anything, but the fact is that I usually play alone and use auto matchmaking to play calmly and without stress, and that I play good enough for the rank that I'm in with (6.7KD). I even did a whole factory reset and still got this. Is either an Android issue (only with this game ofc) or your issue. ╮(╯_╰)╭ Happens in classics too when I land in places with enemies ( 2 or more people). @clear crystal I am aware there was a nerf and I have no problem with that, if high end devices were too powerful. But, all Ipad players I know are now saying hipfire is pretty much impossible to use - it’s gone too far the other way. I simply can’t win a hipfire engagement against anyone remotely decent.

I know it has been said a lot already, but there has been no acknowledgment that it’s an issue hence I’m asking if it is something that is planned to be addressed in the future?

I don’t expect things to be sorted straight away and am not one of these ‘developers are shit, what are you doing’ people. I respect the process and understand the complications.

But, it is frustrating to continuously leave feedback not knowing if an issue is being looked at, ignored or planned to be changed.

Exactly. People complain about tier restrictions every day on discord, instagram, reddit, etc... Almost all the comments are negative under their own posts whenever they mention it. There have been several polls on reddit about tier restrictions and the vast majority have always been against it. I don't know why they just don't do an in-game poll

I think it's the come back of the glitch that consist to change datetime settings to be desynchronised with the game.

It was previously patched, but with every tencent patch it's never fixed.

Edit: The exact same glitch was posted by @toxic lark 1 year ago with video proof on metro royale. At this point we can say that it's a prouved feature, i think we need to organise some kind of donation for tencent to encourage them for the great job.

While comparing with other region it is totally unfair how can underdogs get chance to prove themselves or just we have to waste our precious time on it without any achievement. Every competitive player dream is to play official event, waiting for more than a year, grinding from more than twice year but still not getting proper chance, the given 16 slot will occupy by hacker team and for rest what? Please give more chance to team for qualify i.e. 128 or 256 like other region so that, the best team will move forward from group stage, semi to final. Hoping for positive response.
