PUBG MOBILE's policy is very clear that it does not matter who made the account get suspended, whether it was the owner or someone else using the account; because, as per the terms of service that every player acknowledged and accepted upon their account creation, the owner is solely responsible for securing their account. If the system detects that unauthorized activities have been performed on your account, there is no way the customer service can restore the account after a suspension.

Consider that you are using the correct Twitter account to link, but the game notified you that it is currently linked to another character, it can only mean that you have created an account using the Twitter account before.

There is only one other solution that I have in mind. You can log in to that particular Twitter account which should log you into the other PUBG MOBILE account. Link another social media account, whether that be something you will not use or a new one (Google Play Games, Facebook, or et cetera) and unlink the Twitter account.
Once it has been unlinked, you should be able to use the Twitter account to link it to your main PUBG MOBILE account again.
You can only link up to two social media accounts and one e-mail address or phone number. You should remember this information yourself. However if you are unable to remember it, you can check your social media accounts' linked applications. If PUBG MOBILE is listed, then you can try logging in using said social media account.

PUBG MOBILE's policy is very clear that it does not matter who made the account get suspended, whether it was the owner or someone else using the account; because, as per the terms of service that every player acknowledged and accepted upon their account creation, the owner is solely responsible for securing their account. If the system detects that unauthorized activities have been performed on your account, there is no way the customer service can restore the account after a suspension.

There is nothing that the customer service can do to assist you if you do not have any access to your game account.
Your account will not be deleted, but as you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account, then the customer service in game will not be able to assist you in any way. As Facebook is your only login method to the game, you need access to your account in order to login to the game, therefore, your only option is to seek help from Facebook support. However, if your account cannot be recovered by them, you may need to create a new PUBG MOBILE account to play the game.

You cannot transfer your account outside of Europe due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under this regulation, PUBG MOBILE is not able to transfer your data to a different country.
You will have to have access to at least one of your linked social media account, otherwise the customer service in-game will not be able to assist you in any way.
If you accept, then nothing would happen. If you disagree, it will prompt you to delete your account.

Why is there a mosin related rp mission when there's no mosin in the whole map. 
If there are any confirmed spawn location for that do tell. because this is so stupid how are we supposed to complete the mission when there's no gun. and 60 minutes is even worse holding the gun in hand

The RP mission can be completed with teammates, I did notice that the mosin spawn is reduced in Erangel but if yoir squad managed some how to equip the weapon, the mission can be completed in one match. The weapon could be found in big cities in Erangel map (e.g. Yasnaya, Novo., or georgepool area).

Squad, all carry mosin and it should be doje in 15 mins. I know it is hard to find 4 but that is the best solution. Generally, RP missions should be kinda challenging so you can invest more time in the game.
