• The Individual/Teammate Voice Comms Volume Slider during a match is broken. Sliding a noisy teammates mic up and down doesn’t do anything. Even if you bring the slider to 0% (mute teammate), you can still hear their mic. This bug should be high priority as it impacts competitive play with teammates. Please fix it.

First I would like apologise for my coming and pinning here you again but ma’am believe me I am facing every new problems with every new progress for my account recovery.

Customer Support had accepted my information and verified it in June 12 and I had again made it reconfirmed on June 15, I was happy still scared if smth wrong will happens with my account in 60 days.

And same happened with me ma’am. Today in the morning I saw my account being banned for 7 days and when I checked it again after 2/3 hours I saw it banned for 10 years for violating the TOS.

I have been playing following TOS since beginning and even informed here about account compromised following the USER AGREEMENT so that the act done by others won’t be deemed as done by me as prescribed.
All the violations can be seen happened within last 30 days. Still I believe even that person who hacked my account wasn’t a cheater. He only used to play TDM and few classic where his stats were very normal.

Ma’am I don’t want to give up my account on some hacker and I want to spread only only in the pubg mobile community like I used to.

PUBG mobile really should bring the new type of report - using the fake language. I am trying to find at least one English speaking player through the Language preferences and I found no one. Every people who I meet in European server is having Asian flag and speaking in Asian languages. I’m having a problem regarding fake ping and servers connection that started a week ago .
My average ping is 45-60 ms in Europe servers. and the game works just fine. A week ago I started to have lower ping than usual, my ping these days is around 20-35 ms but the problem is that the game is lagging hard, multiple cuts and delay while looting , like if I’m playing with +300ms ping ! my graphics is smooth 90fps , with the anti-aliasing and Auto-adjust turned on.
I tried the routine repairs many times and nothing changed. and I’m sure it’s not internet issues.

In the clip you can see that only half the shots are counting while the other half just don’t register. Another issue is you’ll get small hit markers when you are point blank. Hey please look into the matter of bullet spread increasing when going from high resolution to low resolution. It basically gives an unfair advantage to high end players cause their devices are able to render high resolutions easily. ipad players have very less bullet spread and can Hipfire over long distances .
Also in the graphics section give an option to adjust resolution on own will so that low end device players can easily reduce it and face less lag . The fps option should be opened till 60 for every device so that everyone can enjoy better frame rates but with included warning .

Thanks for adding some TDM options to the RP missions. However, I still wish more RP missions had TDM alternatives. Such as get 7 kills with shotguns in classic, get 18 kills with SMGs in paradise resort, etc. I wish these also included a TDM option.

Right now, I'm only buying RP if the rewards look good, as playing classic for the RP missions is not fun for me. If you added TDM options to more missions, I would always buy the RP. So please consider it.

Regarding this, i would suggest that the game gives a 2-3 days duration to avoid any hacked accounts to be migrated to the Indian version of the game. Ever since BGMI have been released we've been seeing many of the hacked accounts being migrated to that version before the CS can even help in the account's recovery which usually takes a very long time.

Regarding the Mclaren vehicle gifting function, since the feature is down for maintenance maybe there should be compensation given to players by extending the spin duration after its being fixed as many players and COLs have giveaways for the vehicle skin and the spin will be ending soon (Unless you guys are not planning to bring back the feature then this should be addressed publicly instead).

My pubg account was compromised in May and since I knew it I had been seeking help by mailing, asking here as well as through CS since May 23. CS had verified my information and said me to wait 60 days and I was finally happy that hackers link will be unlinked.

But few days later; June 16 I saw 7d ban on my account and even after few hours 10yr ban was imposed on my account.
First of all the person who hacked my account wasn’t looking like cheater as he used to play TDM mostly. Secondly how 10 year ban was imposed when it was already imposed with 7d ban?

Now, I don’t see any ban tag on my account profile still I can’t login as it says account ban for 10 years.

I wrote back to CS regarding same and they just closed the conversation saying can’t help anymore. I don’t know if they would keep working on my account if I hadn’t told them its ban now.

How can I lose my account even after contacting and verifying ownership of account with Customer Support?

If they could not help after account ban then why didn’t they Freeze my account for 60 days rather.
If even Customers Support can’t give any support then with whom we can expect from ma’am?

I have never violated USER AGREEMENT since S2. Its clearly stated in Agreement that we shall notify incase account gets compromised and I have strictly followed that too and thats all I could really do.

Suggestion: Rework/Fix Motor Gliders.

Reason: They're useless because they're just death traps. But after rework way more players would use them and we could see some really amazing plays by PUBG Mobile community. You can clearly see that no one really use them. So what the point of adding something to the game if no one is using it.

What to change: Make Motor Gliders exactly like in PUBG PC version. They're well balanced in PC version, in Mobile they're just useless pice of garbage. Make only engine explode, so you won't get any damage by explosion and you can still glide, but without the power. One gas can can fill up glider to full and make them spawn without any fuel inside. Just make them the same like they're in PC version, that's all.

I really hope you will consider my suggestion!

1. Bug: You normally drop at a spot, but you cant move or loot. You get teleported back to the the spot where u dropped at after a few seconds or when you get knocked.
2. Bug: You jump out of the plane and at a random moment (most of the time when you open your parachute) you glitch back to the spot where you jumped out.

This bug exists for more than a half year and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
