I am having problem of not getting talent’s coins too after playing the hourly matches and this is happening not for one time but four times if I have not mistaken. You need video evidence of the player, as it might not be possible to get the players ID when they have special characters, you can always enable the death replay feature found in your basic settings. Although it does require you to get killed by the hacker, it's the only way you can get a recording of them.
