Hacker is messin with my account, just now.
I tried to login to check if tencent Cs replied to my chat tool, but rather saw this.
Device im using right now is an iphone 12 pro and not jailbroken.
Im trying to reach out tencent CS regarding unauthorised login in order to prevent this scenario after knowing that my account was hacked.
Im very much aware of the terms and agreement, but also try to reconsider that their might be some holes or anything in the system. I never gave any info regarding any of my accounts nor opened phishing or malware as far as I am very much aware of.
If my account will be banned for this reason, atleast please hear me out as your loyal customer for years and a quite spender to reconsider and try to check my log in logs in your system.
I always purchase UC in your app, with this regards, im sharing quite sensitive informations with your company. Also, CS asked for screenshot of my receipt, of which I complied. With this pressing concern, the receipt includes my whole name and address, I’m a bit unsure of my security (cyber) as of the moment as the hacker might also have access to the same in game chat support tool, or please enlighten me if not.
If the CS can start to atleast acknowledge the receipt of my screenshot ls shared in the in game chat support tool, i will appreciate it a lot.
Also, I already sent an email intended professionaly in tencent Pubgm cs email, hope you can set a time to read it.
Im very thankful for the developers and pubgm team, also the community for giving me such a wonderful experience in a short time. I really love the game, but please dont push me to hate it
