If you have not found a solution yet, I may have one for you. If you are trying to log in to your PUBG MOBILE account via Twitter, and the second screenshot display appears, select the Home option on the top right of your screen, then you will be able to log into your Twitter account.

After that, simply close the page and return to PUBG MOBILE, then select Twitter to login again; this should automatically log you back into your PUBGM acocunt.
