I have been blocked in Merto mode ("You haven't been invited to the Metro beta test..."), I believe that it connected with black cards that we got from enemies yesterday. We killed the squad in the Metro mode and got about 80 black cards from them, it first time when I see black cards in this season. I didn't trade anything or something like this. I also can't talk with Customer Support, their bot doesn't allow skip him.
How can I know the real reason why the Metro mode was closed for me?

Hi, i don't know if this considered a bug or not since it's the third time i'm talking about it in the last 2 years, but anyway, hope some one would care in future and here's the thing:
when you send team recruit in duo mode, it still shows 1/4 and 3 people can join your squad making it automatically a squad again and thus ruining the purpose of team recruit.
could you please add an option for 1/2 so that only 1 person may join the team when it's in duo mode?
or is it too much to ask since it can beget some other problems?

Hi there,
I have been playing a lot of war mode arcade matches in an effort to get the ‘Fun times’ achievements. I have played at least 50 war matches, but they’re not being counted in the achievement. War mode is in the arcade menu, and I don’t see any disclaimers saying that war mode doesn’t count toward arcade matches. When I play a quick match or sniper mode it adds to the tally, but for some reason the war matches are not being counted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What I’m the actual fuck is wrong with this game, because the actual servers are god dam garbage, the amount of times I got nearly 1,000 ping for reason an then it goes back down to a playable level, it amazes me how the the people that run the business allow their product get so bad, and more servers in the NA region, like the Halo franchise has with their west na and east na servers, because just having one server in the whole of North America that being USA and Canada is just mind numbingly dumb for a company that makes millions a month because having more than one means the players can experience less lag whenever they play(not saying to make to different na servers just 2 different locations for the players to connect to)

I did a routine repair and it did not work. Then I did all the repairs posible and nothing worked even reinstalled the game twice. Antialiasing won’t activate. This also happens in my iPhone 6s. Ok so I looked at this shit in settings and I'm confused as fuck about why my selected server is giving me two didn't ms/ping readings, I didn't even know the ping could go about 1,000, but this just goes to show that this game has fallen from grace and now is just dogshit when it comes to optimization and the servers not being taken care of and fixed and updated, it all started going down hill from season 5 and hasn't stopped just keeps getting worse.

The use of special sights on guns make it worthwhile to have but not really that useful when your scope is only a 2-3x zoom,
I suggest that the thermal goggles be introduced into the metro Royale mode and alongside with the night vision “helmet” (which should be called goggles imho as the night vision “goggles” is really a night vision sight) they should be attachments to the helmet which you can attach and switch between sights during combat without having to sacrifice your 6-8x zoom.
Another suggestion is that the lead lined fabric be replaced by a radiation mask and be an attachment to the helmet rather than the vest so that the vest can be utilised fully for protection, speed, carry space, or durability.
And Ofcourse last but not least that the helmets according to their respective levels like how it is with vests have more attachment slots, level 1-3 having 1 slot, leave 4-5 having 2 slots and level 6 having 3 slots.
React your thoughts peeps do you think this is a good idea?

Can it happen, can we get pistol slot to use for Bolt action or DMR or AR SMG, then if they nerfed M4 upto like its should be effective till 120 meters, UMP to effective till 70 meters, anything beyond 120 meters can only be damaged by either DMR or bolt, i believe the game would be real fun it will be loads of variation and excitement when playing all distance's and i think everyone will get enough time like DMR or bolt guys will have fun, M4 guys will have fun, M762 tommygun DBS guys will have fun, and actually i think if we get 3 slots we all will have actual realistic excitement of fine tuning and testing our skills instead of spamming M4, DP, cause the mini moment when you scope in and land hits on your target is real excitement whether you win or loose and with 3 slots everyone has a fair chance to do what they are best at and most excited at, any thoughts

I was just responded to by in-game customer support. They told me that since I “changed my server” I’m unable to change it back. No mention of the fact that it was a bug, no mention of providing a one time exception, or that it was against my consent. They ended the conversation immediately after the response too.

From the messages here, there is an acknowledgement of a bug and seemingly a willingness to repair the relationship with players. The bug seems fixed in game as you can create rooms in other servers now. Honestly the developers saying "made RP missions less burdensome" is one of the biggest lies. You made almost every mission only completable in classic, and much more time consuming.

They also actually made them harder. For reference, now it's "kill 2 players within 60 seconds of landing", last season was just 1. That's evident enough.

I lost evrything in my loadout at the Metro Royale. But my invetory is still there. I lost evry gadamn level 6 idk what happened. I just got logged out and boom after I attempted to came back all of my thigs in my loadout, like lvl6 backpack, lvl6 helmet, lvel3 vest and my guns were all gone. I have a Refined MK14, lvl 6 Vest with all three refined Comp Fibers which makes it harder to penetrate the vest, and a lvl 5 helmet.

I just love how I get 4 tapped by other fuckin players but it takes a whole fuckin clip or two for them to get knocked, I use Polished and High Explosives ammo, it's kinda bullshit that when you're shooting them they're like a God, but four taps you're fuckin done.

Issue from months: Please tell the reason to your users who are facing "TDM not showing any player and showing them very late" the cause of the issue.

Description: it happens whenever youre in the shooting animation like a shotgun and get knocked or when your projectile hasnt yet hit its target and you got knocked. After one of these things happen when your projectile hits the target it deals no damage. My thinking is that this is an anti delay thing so knocked players wouldnt knock or deal damage to "not knocked" due to their internet. Anyways its just annoying as some players need more time so that damage they took registers due to their ping so it gives them an advantage and your goal is a fair gaming enviroment as im aware?

This just happened this one match, I’m not gonna test this out to see if it happens again but my shots aren’t rendering, I light a guy up MK14 refined polished in the head no hit markers and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I shoot a player or boss. I wasted 200 bullets shooting a boss not damaging it a single time. I switch my gun to the AWM and it still doesn’t render shots unless it’s on a bot. You cannot say I missed or miscounted, it was an entire clip in the player’s head. Level four helmet. This is a glitch 100 percent not human error. I also had 60ms during these times so this isn’t a WiFi thing either.

We were thinking about lawsuit cuz the service you provide and you claim stand for, we dont get it , we dont see it ingame.

You let so many hackers to lead main word in this game . Personally I play on EUROPE server and when I open rank list top 100 I see players with KD 10-15 , 33 kill per match , 40% headshots .Its clearly obvious they are cheating.

I cant report them cuz I dont get ingame with those players . So save me from mails for making videos and extra reporting. I got my main job , pubg i spend money and TRYING to enjoy with my friends.

My suggestion is .

IMPLEMENT SYSTEM
where admin can jump to certain player game and spectate him . That would allow fast respond.

Implement mods for ADMIN to spawn himself ingame to test player for potential wallhack.(back then when I was admin in CS we would spawn players in walls and box to trigger wallhack.

Control top list 1000 players 500 ,100 there is so many cheaters with unrealistic score . They are trying to gain score in short possible time and especially since GAME POINTS SYSTEM is low now they are forced to do more kills not caring legal or ilegal .

I cant do your job , I can help little bit , I was so frustrated to look for you here so you know how serious problem is.

If we keep seeing hackers in top 100 with unrealistic score just from me and my girlfriend you can forget from 500$ monthly we pay for game.

Hello, i am LW Hikarik, one ot he most fair players inside the Pubg. Yesterday some players has called me to lobby. We have played tdm. I have complained that i have very vad damage registration, this is known issue of the TDM's in the android. After that they have told to shoot to feets of one of the players. Sometimes later i have been banned. It is already exist popular vide of tik tok with getting ban for shooting feets, but i have not cared about it. I am exemplary player, conqueror, starting youtuber, participant of the PMCO and investigator. There is no reasons to ban me. I counting on fairness in my question and help from your side. Not going to happen, they put on comp mode so they don't have to monitor all of the players. They busy made more skin/outfit to sell. AI does all the banned player. Funny that, most hacker only get 1/3/7 days ban for making 50 headshots in 1 match but honest players get 10 years banned for making unusual movement such shoots at the heels, lagging graphic, multiple apps crashes, iOS update don't support and etc.. I filed a claim to CS so many time with proof, video and reasons, I did forward it to CS email too. After all that, all they said Sorry, once your account get ban, there’s no other way to get them back until you served the time or the time is lifted and they asked me just make a new one. Like??!! All the money I have spent is gone. Just like that.

you survive like 30mins finish top 5 with like 3 kills you get 15points maximum ... but die 50th with 2 kills you get -25pts ...
must make the points system more prone to logic ...
you play 5 consecutive games with survival time 25-30mins ... with a constant 2-3 kills ...
it needs only 1 game where you finish 80th to 100th to wipe up all these 5 games' points you wasted your time in ...
it's really annoying at times ...
yeah it must be harder in higher tier ...
but reward must be equal to cost though ... at a certain extent ...
you can't get minus -52pts for dying early but get 35pts with a whopping 8kills and a chicken dinner ...

Since today morning (About 10 hours ago), The game always shows loading screens in between classic matches and has huge desync. When I click crouch the player sits and then stands up again. I have to crouch about 5 times inorder to make him sit. The bullets takes over 2 seconds to register and I always get knocked after I take cover. My Internet has no other problems. YouTube, other games, everything works fine and speedy except for PUBG Mobile. I tried changing DNS but there's no improvement. My server is the same as the area I reside in and the ping is usually around 40ms. But from today morning the ping is 90ms during gameplay and the player doesn't pick up items. It takes around 2 seconds to pick 1 item. Please resolve this issue. The game worked perfectly fine yesterday. I have nothing downloading in the background, no one else using my Wi-Fi, PC specs are more than enough for Gameloop, Internet speed is 8 MBps, upload speed is excellent as well. No issues with ping and speeds during speedtest. No resources left to download in game.

If this is a problem from server side, please fix this. After all, we are investing a huge amount into this game. At least show little respect to our needs.

Sound bug i’d like to report

Most of the times you join a game 2 sound/mic bugs are happening

First one : if you have your mic on “team”, sound will lower a lot and it will loose imaging (you can’t determine from which direction sound is coming) until you mute 🚫 the mic, then the volume will boost and you’ll hear everything back normalcy

Second bug: when changing channel to team, headset gets disconnected completely and sound start coming out from the device itself, until you mute mic again, which brings things back to normal

The only solution i found was logging out and performing a routine repair which solves the issue most of the times

Please consider this annoying bug as it’s affecting our gameplay a lot, and it’s happening to many players also.

I think that when several problems are raised by several different people the PUBG support needs to be aware of the problem as soon as possible. Too many people are complaining about the same problem of a hacker's modified version of the game and that we can't log into our accounts anymore. It's scary, how even some bots can one shot you with their shotgun in close range while you have a full durability lvl 6 steel front sets, full health and still get one shot killed. My whole durabilities went from full to 0. Are you sure you're not implementing hack into bot? Please consider nerfing the bot to be same as classic mode bot. It's not fair at all.

while many games offer hardware bans for various cheaters, pubg doesnt. this is one of the most effective methods on fighting cheaters. therefore we need hardware bans, cheaters are ruining the game for us since this game launched and while u ban millions of accounts every week and month cheaters just create another account and come back in 5 minutes. anti cheat system is decent, but laws aint. hardware bans can permanently get rid of cheaters until they get another device which i think they deserve it.

Sound bug i’d like to report

Most of the times you join a game 2 sound/mic bugs are happening

First one : if you have your mic on “team”, sound will lower a lot and it will loose imaging (you can’t determine from which direction sound is coming) until you mute 🚫 the mic, then the volume will boost and you’ll hear everything back normalcy

Second bug: when changing channel to team, headset gets disconnected completely and sound start coming out from the device itself, until you mute mic again, which brings things back to normal

The only solution i found was logging out and performing a routine repair which solves the issue most of the times

Please consider this annoying bug as it’s affecting our gameplay a lot, and it’s happening to many players also.

Some bugs that need to be fixed.

  1. Sometimes, when switching headphones to airpods, the audio of teammates overpowers in-game sound and it becomes unclear as to where gunshots come from/footsteps etc.

  2. When restarting trying to fix this audio issue in game, you cannot hear teammates nor can they hear you. This one has been around since the start of pubg.

  3. sometimes restarting pubg in a car as a passenger will bring you back unable to shoot, exit or swap seats/ drive the car. The only way to solve this is by having a teammate knock you so you get out the car.

  4. In training grounds, the ability to hold to peak doesn't work, you can only tap to peak. (fixed 👍)

  5. in training grounds, the exit button is where my shoot button is, which sometimes (not 100% sure) causes my shoot button to stop firing. It will fire single shots randomly when I press the shoot button on auto.

  6. Not sure if this is a bug but monster trucks don't knock people if you run over them with the wheels. It might just be how it's supposed to be but yeah.

  7. why can players on top of the apartments near school in Runic power Erangel build walls from the roof that cover the doors on the bottom?

Feedback: Glider will be useless because m4 is broken. Recently there's a new cheat in pubg. Outsider teammates will go near you at the start of the game. They will drop thier armor, and your character will automatically pick it up. They give you normal armor with no attachments, and you risk to lose spicial cobra and still front armors plus your attachments. Players of pubg metro royal, please beware of this big threat.

hello. i have occurred several bugs especially after the power armor update :
-6x scope adjust button sometimes disappears (happens in all modes)
-footstep sounds are extremely weird in power armor specially when u dont have power armor equipped.
-power legs sound sometimes glitches out and sounds like u dont have one equipped.
-exit button does not work when ur squad is alive but you are dead and have no recalls (have to exit 2 times, once it shows "your teammates are still alive! there is still hope." then goes back to spectating teammates and you have to exit again.
-when you die, and you and your whole squad does not have a recall but some teammates are alive, when you quit it says "theres still a chance to get you back" while theres no possibility to get in match.
-please have a solo mode for power armor too

Please add servers for North American region in Miami - Atlanta, so we can get decent ping in Colombia

Here we are getting almost the same ping as Europe, imagine! An average ms of 160.

Internet providers here have the worst routing to NA servers, and even worst to SA servers, and the only solution is to locate some servers near Mexico like Miami or South eastern the US, so we at least get like 80-100 ms.

Please don’t ignore this message, we are loosing a lot of duels due to high ping, and we can’t even think of getting pro because of this issue.

Creating a custom room and switching the room's server does nothing. I help host EU scrims on occasion and I am an NA server player. Now obviously Im not going to change my server just to help host some scrims. I make the room, and once in the room, I switch what server it says. This has worked in the past and hasn't messed with my server but now it will 'switch' on my screen and won't switch on anyone else's in the room (which isnt out of the ordinary, that's happened before this), but when the match starts the room is on NA server. Not very impressed with power armor event in a few ways. First is the match duration as it takes time to acquire the power armor so it kinda feels like a waste of time to aim to acquire the suit. Second is the fact that when you die you respawn in the same area you died (although you get basic gear) which is a pain if the enemy is waiting. Third and last is the gimmick appeal of using a power suit but instead using what seems to be something even iron mans prototypes put to shame for 5-10 minutes and then restart
