bro he said he don't have further information about how it's going to be optimize, in my opinion those weeks will'nt count when it wasn't optimized and after optimize you can complete your achievement from that time but your current achievement progress won't lost ( ex: suppose you reached 70/100 it'll be 70/100 but after the optimization you can again able to complete the achievement from 70/100 ) just wait for that update
