It got renewed again without me buying it. Basically the damage system after the update is flawed, grenades need a bump and Molotov's need their area of spread reduced as it can even go through trees and rocks etc. I have stopped playing the game due to the time to kill, taking me at least 6-8 shots to put someone down with an m4 is stupid. The other day I took 5 bullets from an akm... An akm one of the most damaging guns in the game. I felt bad the opponent.

Keep eye on joystick and watch how Joysticks get recentered auto, I was literally dragging it all way to left and never pulled thumb off but right before 13th kill it glitched and recentered. Old bug which got triggered back in game again after last update

I am unable to get onto a match over the last two days (well one). I mistakenly joined the KJRP server and have 17 days left until I can finally go back. I haven't had a huge issue joining a match like this until recently though. Ping is through the roof and I have waiting for over 5 minutes on multiple occasions. Uninstalled the game to see if that would help and it did not. Any ideas how to fix this issue. This issue is mainly on Classic Mode. I can still play arena. I am pretty much hosed at hitting RP 100 do to this. Thanks in advance for any help!

To explain my problem to you, I was looking for customized rooms in Europe. In view of the small number of rooms available in Europe I looked in the North America if there were more. But the game didn't warn me that this would change the server where I play (no confirmation message. No message informing me that the server could change via the room menu !!).

So I take the liberty to contact you in order to know if it was possible to put me back on the Europe server and this without waiting for the imposed 60 days delay.

Hello, I will try to explain my problem to you in English (but I don’t have a lot of vocabulary).

I started a game in Metro Royale and a message with an error 214 appeared, I was deconnected from the game.

When I reconnected on the lobby all my stuff was missing....

And what a stuff : helmet, armor and bag, all at level 6 also my Mk14 ajusted with all the accessoires ajusted too, bullets and medics.....

It’s about 3.5 millions of Metro cash lost here (and I don’t even speaking for how much games) for something I am not responsable of and I don’t understand what the fuck happenned here !

I have to report some bugs that make the game unplayable. Every time I enter the game my controls layout is changed and I have to change it back , but it’s not that much of a problem. The problem is the touch screen The X button doesn't respond, they kill me because I can't close the bag or the map when I open them, when I open the bag I can't press the scope on a gun to remove or change it. The last bug is that I can't hold the recoil, I start firing and swipe down but the scope goes up, ADS doesn't work.

Dear tencent, I was in a game and the North American server disconnected, not us, I know because my whole team disconnected and we lost all our gear. I understand if the players own internet have issues but if it’s tencent own servers fault why should the players suffer? You want us to spend countless hours grinding gear and your own server has issues, players will lose motivation to play metro royale.

TDM Starting Countdown stuck on 21 and i can not start/play my TDM matches. During that, I can hearing firing from both sides. I can hear my teammates and enemies getting shot, I can even hear the background voice which says ( Red/Blue Team is Leading . Half of the match is over ) but I cannot see the numbers on the top which tell me who is leading. I cannot see my teammates and also cant see enemies. Enemies can kill me but i could not kill anyone. I cannot see my gun or if i can see it then there are only 40/0 bullets in it. Ping during the match is green and in between 40~60. I keep waiting like a fool for my match to start but sometimes whole match ends like this. I reinstalled the game but no luck . I tried in game support. No help so far. SUGGESTION:
Just like i can upload and use sensitivity settings from cloud. please add this option for control settings and other settings also (e.g vehicle, pickup) . every time i login to other account , settings change . so except for sensitivity settings, i have to set it again and it takes a lot of time especially setting controls .

The touch screen issue is still present. The game is unplayable right now.
The recoil control in trening mode is not the same as in real game, in trening mode I can control it easily but when I enter in a real game its like changed, I cant control the recoil and sometimes It doesn't recognize my finger ( I use ADS, no Gyro)

Please introduce Fps meter in game which will monitor Fps loss and stabilize the fps performance improvement even if phone over heats but its better than playing at 5 fps when Enemies are around
Frame drop is the major cause of lag in the game tbh and also introduction "phone in charger " feature so that the game does not automatically reduce performance when mobile phone is in charger atleast people can choose for themselves ill be playing at 90% while on charger then performance of the game drops but other games dont drop in performance
Introduce different types of smooth settings e.g smooth HD smooth basic(480p)
Introduce a graphics rendering in graphics settings e.g Low ,Medium ,High ,Ultra Rendering and make higher rendering options unavailable for low end devices
Give more control to Android users to help reduce lag and frame drop

Its just a suggestion i have other ideas as welll but ill give them out when my first suggestion get recognition

Anti aliasing still does not work. I followed the recommended steps. Even reinstalled the game twice. It wont enable whatsoever.

  1. Please state it more clearly that buying RP activity pack won't give any extra RP, but it's use is to get RP ranks early and some coupons.
  2. The season time restriction to get RP points is not feasable for the majority of casual players who can't dedicate 50 hours on the game every season. I'd very much prefer the previous daily missions and weekly 200 rp crate system. If because of the new system, players aren't able to get to RP 100, quite possibly a lot of them would get discouraged to get an RP in the upcoming seasons.

Hello, I want to talk about game bugs in the regional titles system.

  • In Long Shot Title: I can talk with my friends and put them in the vehicle and move away more than 150 meters and blow up the car, which causes to kill them, and they will be counted for me in the Long shot Ranking as 3 kills even though they're my teammates! , I repeat it again and I'll gain a position in the ranking!

  • In Grenadier Title: the method is similar, I will agree with my friends and I will blow them up with a grenade and they will not report against me in order not to lose my Merit points. And I repeat it a lot until I get into the Ranking

There are many bugs in the titles system, and players take advantage of these bugs in order to obtain titles in an unfair way, which makes the title lose its true value and there is no fair competition!

Also, there are another mistakes in other titles, but I will not talk about them unless I find a real person from one of the developers to explain this problem to him. I have been reporting this matter for about a year and a half and its fix is ​​ignored until this moment.

Honestly new RP missions are harder. Also why does almost everything need to be done in classic. You could have made it easier by allowing most missions to be done in any mode.

Playing 9 hours a week is also way worse than the 10 RP mission weekly crate.

Hi, I did all the requirements for the “deadeye” title, sharpshooter achievement missions and didn’t get it, and i dit it like 10 times myb in the last 4-5 days, and it’s really annoying because i did one game with the AWM and all of my kills in that game(total 4) where: 2 kills from 70+ meters, 1 from 120+ meters and these 3 kills are by headshot, without missing any shot, not even throwing nades, smokes, without even punches, just 3 clean shots with awm by headshot in a row i did one kill after those with m416 or aug a3 can’t remember rn but it was the last kill in the game, and btw I was sitting in platinum 2 or platinum 3.... This RP system is honestly bad, I usually won't play for like 6 weeks cuz I'm busy and will only play in the last 2 weeks to reach RP 100 but now it expects me to play for 10+ hours every week, that's a thing I can't, won't and don't want to do so it's just the worst RP system ever imo, all I'll do now is start match, be idle until it ends and then repeat it again and again to farm play time, that's still something that I don't want to do but this seems like the only way now so that's what I'm gonna do

Please make more RP missions completable in any mode or TDM. It's even worse than last season, like all week 2 missions are only in classic.

Please understand some people aren't interested in classic mode. I think I'll quit this season and hope next season you can actually make it better.

Metro Royale, it is highly unfair for newer people. It puts people with lv2 armour with ppl with lv6 armour against each other. I was killed 3 times in a row by someone with Lv6 armour in under 5 mins. And undercover mode takes way too long to match, i can’t even join it in under 10 minutes

We in Germany have the problem with the statistics that we won't come back because the X is missing, but if you switch the game to English, you can go back to the main menu. But with the German language you have to restart the game every time you go to the statistics.

How to complete this event. I have collected 1500 points from the 150 fragments but now it doesn't increase anymore.. My friend sends me the fragments everyday but they don't count.. The fragments from the mission don't count either.. Recharging every 2 hours from the extra Box gives only 12 charge per day which if calculated for the event time which is 15 days amount to 180 charge.. Which leaves us with 195 more charge to unlock the permanent rewards.. Overall it's not possible to get those items.. Explain me how to get it if I'm not correct or stop scamming.. SadCry SadLaugh

Improve servers when playing with people from other countries. I am from Pakistan and I have green ping in middle east but when i play with my middle east friends, i always get 220+ pings in match but if i play with people from my country in middle east, i get green 60 pings.
I have been playing with my middle east friends from s2( first in Europe server and then in ME servers with both 150 ping) but since s16 server matching improvements(in an update i believe), playing with friends from ME in ME server is very difficult.

This game have everything against TOS for the community members. But the own devs can scam the community which is against no rule.There has always been scam in paid stuff in the game. But now they've started to scam the free events too. They make it so hard for people to play and enjoy the game for free just to satisfy their hunger for money. Free events always have time limited items after trying so hard for f2p players. But now they're just recycling same stuff in every event and that too with scam. The Runic Power event had the rewards which were already there in a previous event. Not only that the permanent rewards in the current event are not even possible to get.With max limit of 150 fragments with no more counting after that there's only one way to charge the progress which is the small box which charges once with 1 charge every 2 hours.. Calculated to be only 180 charge after taking each and every charge by it for the event duration it amounts to 1680 charge whereas 1875 is the charge needed to unlock the permanent rewards.195 charge were never possible to collect.Either this is a stupid mistake which somehow keeps happening everytime or Tencent need to change their devs. Because this is just too much. sc_thikhestop scamming the f2p players. They're a part of the community too. peepoDumpster

When I am in a match my weapon just starts shooting on its own without me even pressing the fire button. I have a stable wifi connection (180-260ms) and I am sure this is not the cause of dirt or sweat, because When you press the fire button, it turns a bit lighter. But that doesn't even happen. The only reason I can think of why I have this problem is that I put my phone on airplane mode to get a lower ping. I had this problem until recently (dec end of season 16). For the 5TH!! time THIS WEEK I have lost my entire loadout in metro royale due to disconnection bug, when I load into a round my loading screen freezes about halfway and just stops and then when I restart my pubg and rejoin the match it will load halfway again and then just send me back to the main lobby without letting me rejoin into the match and giving no reason and then when I go back into Metro all of my Loadout is gone

One of my teammate in metro royale killed me for my loots and decided to grief the other two remaining teammates too, with a grenade launcher.

PUBG, I hope you can add something like if you were killed by your teammates, you'll be sent back to lobby with all your things that you bring into the match remains in your inventory instead of losing it, it's very unfair. Lastly, make it that it doesn't count that match as your career results/records. So your k.d, win rate, etc.. didn't change from the match you got killed by your teammates

I joined a game as usual and my whole game crash i didnt excepted anythin big but the fuccking second i joined back my level 5 armour, level 5 helmet, a purple thompson with all refiend attachment innit and a level 4 backpack is all gone because i joined a match and crash mid loading screen. Aight pubg nice game.

And btw pubg, you shouldnt punished everybody that quit the match before the wall is done. Just let us keep our armour when we work hard for hours and hours for it but then we get anall the second your game is wylin out, i love this game and i dont mind a bug but the second the bug messed up the progress, its getting outta hand pubg dev.

So what’s the deal with having your match server changed after playing in custom rooms this isn’t just a bug to be fixed next update and it’s all better, I for one would like to be returned to my server. It’s not like I “accidentally changed my server” or “didn’t understand properly when I changed my server”. I didn’t change it, I played a room and the game changed my server without my request OR confirmation. Why should I be penalised for a mistake that isn’t mine?

I know and I understand that if you change the server you cannot change it for the next 60 days, just to make it clear. I did not change my server trough the “select server” option in the basic settings! I would never do that as I have high ping on other servers! you don't need to ban account you just need to stop the cheating softwares and that all , banning a level 30 account will not solve the problem

You guys need to fix the mk14 in metro mode its so unbalanced. And the steel front awm is terrible i shoot lvl 6 guys 4 times and they dont knock but i die in 2 seconds from an mk14. I made a room to play with friends and now it bugged and server changed me from North America to Asia. I can't change it or nothing. All I did was make a room, there was no prompt or anything?? I am now stuck on Asia server playing with 400+ms for 60 days. Please change me back to North America.

Kindly I demand removing "send 20" button while we are playing erangel new ruin crystals mode .. it was so annoying to change our 4 or 3 claws layouts just for something like this .. however for players playing gyroscope especially during close fights the player freezes and stop firing must of time and more glitches in movement .. sometimes moves without touching my screen this game need so many fixes
