Emulator players are ranked in the same way the phone players do.

Emulators players have different server to play which makes it impossible for emulator players to match against players using phone devices. If one emulator player matches with a squad of mobile players, the entire squad will play on the emulator server.

It will only revoke the access, but you will be able to log in normally again in PUBG MOBILE with the same Facebook account if you decide to use the same account in the game. This will not remove your Facebook account from your PUBG MOBILE account.
