If you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account or any of the linked login methods, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to recover your account. You may try to contact the customer service again or create a new account to continue playing the game.
Since the Play Games login method is not supported on Apple devices, you'll need to log in using an Android device and link your account to a different social media account in order to do that.

I was With a teamate trying to get a sniper in a tower and i was in the tower with him and i tried to throw a Molotov to get the sniper but my teammate ran into it and got knocked said he was lagging, i lost 12 merit i never have intentionally harmed teammates i would like my merit back.
Play games you can get merit back each match gives you 1 merit back and daily you can get 7 merit maximum
