You can raise it by playing regular matches through Erangel and Etc.

Please try to repair the game from login menu and select all the available repair options. Keep in mind that doing so will also delete all your game resources and reset your game settings. After that, restart your device and try to check if you receive any updates. If the issue still persists, please reset your device network settings one time through Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

All right, @prisma perch. To begin with, please try to perform a routine repair of the game from login menu, clear game cache and reset your application settings through device settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps > tap on three dots on the top and select reset app preferences > Reset apps. Also, check for any pending software updates for your device. After that, restart your device and try to open the game again. If the issue still persists, please try to reinstall the game one time.
