After the last patch update, my game was glitched my friends games too. We couldn’t match into anything not even training grounds without the server timing out. I ended up losing lots of rank points due to this bug. If you check there is no response from server and the wifi single next to Europe doesn’t show up. Yet the shop works fine and my wifi is great, it’s also not a device issue as I play on iPad Pro. I tried to uninstall my game and repair it after 2 days of the bug not being fixed. I now can’t get back into my account because it says I need to update my game version. However, my game was updated and completely up to date. PUBG I want my account back. I haven’t been able to access it, it feels like all my hard work aswell as all the money I have spent on it is gone. It’s now day 5 and my game still isn’t fixed. Your merit is lacking. You can't play multiplayer matches (including Classic Mode, Arena, Arcade Mode, multiplayer Metro Royale, e.t.c.), and your EXP and BP earnings will be reduced by 50%. You will be able to play the multiplayer modes again when you have at least 80 merit.

This is definitive answer, @autumn bough. Using a phone is not an issue. Use of any unauthorized third-party software that is designed to modify or interfere with the functionality of the game is a violation of the terms of service of the game. Also, you should not use any peripheral devices when you are playing the game on any handheld device. Play the game normally using the normal touch functionality. However, please feel free to reach out to the customer service in-game should you require further assistance with this.

I wish I could, have not had a single problem with glitches or bugs in weeks. Went to push this duo, had one knocked and all of a sudden we couldnt move, were walking through walls, couldnt shoot, and basically became useless.

The issue is that you are using paid Data to download it here. Which is not a safe thing to do in terms of payments.
With that said, it does seem like you need to do a client repair because it is having a visual and/or physical issue with displaying the loading progress of the resource package.

It is possible that the game has not yet been optimized to provide 90 FPS option for the device. Devices with the minimum hardware requirements of 90Hz display refresh rate, and Snapdragon 865 or Dimensity 1100 central processing unit, can access the 90 FPS option with Smooth graphics.

my first ban came during the update. i played on new map nusa and got 4 safety observations and then a permaban. my second id was just a straight up perma ban within the next day. didnt even get close, got a few ither account's up to plat and got banned and then played on an ace dominator account and dropped 20 kills and got flagged as high risk and banned.

ik the regulations and i havent did any of that
i report players they get 7 day baπs despite aimbotting or using obvious esp and i dont do anything and i get baπ for 10 years. hence why im quitting pubgm bc its just not worth playing when i can play codm that has an actual working anticheat that doesnt false baπ just bc ypur good at the game and are playing on a low tier account. the anticheat works different based on your tier. it shouldnt work that way. the anticheat should be the same for any player regardless of tier. bc then youd realize how broken it really is.
