Three suggestions:

1. Currently, providing the user ID of the cheater's account is mandatory. It could be made optional with a checkbox to facilitate additional reports. The internal team can follow up these cases with finding the missing information. However, this could lead to increased spam, requires adjustments to rewards system and definitely will create more workload for the internal team.

2. Usernames currently need to be unique, which can lead to a possible mix-up in reports. To prevent this, we could assign a unique 10-12 alphanumeric code to each reporter automatically at the time of the first report, then link it to their chosen username. This would allow for flexibility in usernames while keeping reports separate. The key question is whether you prefer fixed or flexible usernames for reporters.

3. The process of looking up cheater IDs is currently cumbersome, as it involves manually matching all known username combinations. It might be beneficial to give the internal team access to partial matches of player usernames to ease the search process. At present, players must search, enter other player's lobbies to find the correct user ID, which raises privacy concerns for players in general, although not for the game itself.
   Ideally, an in-game player search feature that supports partial matches would enhance player interaction and improve the overall gaming experience, but we must also look at the genuine privacy and other related concerns.

1. We received more than 3,000 in-game user identification reports via the old form. This is already a huge workload for one person to handle. At the moment, it feels like this should be the focus. When the number decreases in the future, we could consider letting user identifications be optional.

2. There was a solution in place for this before, but due to how Google Sheets is structured, there will be performance issues when we receive as many reports as we do. As such, we currently need to compromise on this, but it is just a visual inconvenience. Rewards will still be sent to the correct person. In the future, we can find a better solution.

3. Top reporters will be able to use the "Internal" option to submit certain information and in turn receive the correct user identification.

I would like to note that the reports are reviewed by myself and I use internal tools to verify them. As such, I have no volunteers (or employees for that matter) assisting with this, and there are no plans to change this because using internal tools is more efficient than volunteers using the game client. My current goal is to reduce the number of livestreams. To achieve that, I cannot focus too much on things that take much time and do not achieve a lot of results. However, please do continue to send whatever is on your mind, and we will definitely note everything down and work on them in the future when we notice a decrease in livestreams. I hope this makes sense.

Dealing with the livestream reports themselves is the easiest task and takes the least amount of time. Additionally, since I am the most experienced person to deal with online content, it would have no noticeable effect to have more employees assist with this task. For comparison, a team of 4 employees took down 4,000 videos in 6 months before I was hired. I automated it and have done 3 million takedowns in 5 years. However, this might be an unfair comparison, as it has been personal to me — not just a job. As such, I have done this mostly on my free time, which is not expected from staff. When it comes to dealing with the reported in-game cheaters, I will definitely ask the security team for help if it becomes too much to handle.
