COTW respawn system as bad and here is why (in singleplayer):

• You are forced to grind in this game to get rares and diamonds (after you kill them all on your map)
• Imagine how hard and impossible to kill 20 deer if you are causal player, while grinder can kill 200 in the same amount of time

So grinders have 10 times better chance of finding rares and diamonds than you

And you will be able to get 1 small diamond after like a month where grinder already got 20

That’s why I like WOTH
It’s works like COTW but game actually helps you, animals die in that game so you are not forced to kill all of them. You can casual in WOTH as you like
