Find it's feed zone then what you do is you set a tent since this will be only after the 3 fast travel to it make sure you find their little feeding markers then walk 250 M out of range of it and then fast travel back to it the quail will be rendered in and you'll have plenty of enough time to find it and wait for it to start flying

Drink zones are the most optimal places to hunt animals. Make sure you’re going to them during the animal’s drink time though

Is there an issue with weight estimates? every level 3 Javan Rusa i see shows 145-172kg, same as every level 4, and since they are 172kg max weight, level 5's will be the same?!
