Herd Managing doesn't help with Great Ones, but helps with getting more Diamonds. For Moose, you want to keep 1s and 2s in your exteriors and 3s, 4s, and 5s in your mains

and one not hm'd at all could take very few

I got a red deer before my map was even 50% hm'd

it doesnt matter on the males you kill

most people who hm only kill 2s and 3s

so by just killing level 1s if a go comes you know its just random

if that was the case you could then just go shoot all males and actually spawn a go quicker

I think aswell it’s safe to say for wolves that killing females dosent do anything and just spawns a male from your mains, I’ve killed 1 female because it teleported in front of my shot and it didn’t do anything to my grind, and I’ve seen many others saying they have killed a female and it did nothing.

What was the original size of the herd ? It’s recommended to only set up on herds with 4 or less females for consistency, if you originally set up on a zone of 5 males and 5 females for example, then these males will bounce to other zones.

First max score of grind 2 only 51 kills in, he spawned in the same rotation as 6 9’s and 5 diamonds one trolled surprise surprise.
