I’ve been trying to only shoot certain types of moose per play session. For example, I will only shoot moose that are part of groups and then if I want to shoot my solo males I will quit to main menu before shooting them.

I usually can find where my respawns went, but it takes a lot of effort. I think a big issue is that they don’t always go to their zone even if you try resetting time/exiting to main menu. So spots you checked for respawns will seemingly not have any, but they just weren’t there yet

its so hard to pin down because..animals have to travel. some have to travel further than others. this is why some zones they turn up late. also you cant tell what everyones times they hunting at. so moose should really start a few hrs in minimum. by then they mostly there. also moose swap around a lot in zones. they are on your map but they maybe just not where you looking gotta check everywhere.

Also, I think the chance of respawning something that was or is currently on your map is a little high, whether it's diamond or rare. But if the thing never existed. It will take a long time to spawn, or at least depending on your luck.

When I just started the map I found piebald and albino females, and then it wasn’t hard to spawn those rares again, but mela? I didn’t find any initial ones and never spawned one.
