Females won’t help you really. Waterfowl will just require you to know the lakes they rest or eat in. And pop the 2s.

I would say feeding. Rest zones can be in woods and what not.

Same situation with elk and red deer. Elk have bigger antlers, weigh 2x as much yet can fit on a large platforms while red deer cant. Whilst red deer can fit on large plaques but elk cant
