Hey guys, I'm currently grinding for the DIA Mule Deer on Askiy Ridge. I've used up my DIA after 40 kills, so I have to keep going. Now my question is, does it make sense to kill all level 3 or higher during the drinking period, or should I also kill lower ones? Can I force the DIA with this tactic, or is it rather poor? I kill 2-4 Mule Deer per run.

Set up a blind or tripod with decoys and a caller, the birds will always land downwind from you so position yourself out of that path. You gotta just sit, wait and pray that that same goose comes in

You can use the in-game ground blind if there are fox tracks around, otherwise you can use a blind from the 'Tents and Ground Blinds' DLC. The DLC blinds come in two types: wooded or coniferous.

For the times, you need to find need zones; look around lakes and rivers and near rabbit or hare zones.

Need Zone Time (Game Hours) From my AI, it could be wrong.
Drinking 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (or 7:00 PM - 12:30 AM according to some sources)
Feeding 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (or 12:00 AM - 3:30 AM, 3:00 AM - 7:30 AM, and 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM according to others)
Resting 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with feeding/drinking breaks)

I don't know why people make such a big deal about AI, it's a research tool like all the others (Google Search). I use Gemini 2.5 in Google Chrome, and I find it to be very accurate with links to the sources. Okay, there can be mistakes, but we should verify too.
AI can be used like any other tool, for good or for bad, to eliminate or create jobs; it depends on what we do with it.

It’s sorta like an easy way to get the information first and the relevant sources with a summary and then you without going on googles and searching for ages.

In relation to the (with feeding/drinking breaks) yes the ai doesn’t understand how the game mechanics work fully and probably interpreted that there were 3 different slots for resting all back to back but didn’t really have an explanation to “made one up” using the other need zones. also @tiny flare technically the "proper" spelling of yokoso is "youkoso" or "yōkoso" (ō being long O sound) although technically that spelling is kinda correct and gets the same point across it's just not the direct romanisation of ようこそ (yo-u-ko-so)
