Walk all those areas, you should find a handful of zones.
It wont be 1:1 to your map, but this is the areas they have been seen.
You can go before drink time or after - to locate zones. going DURING will let you (hopefully) spot some foxes

So I’m on my great one grind for fallow in Te awaroa and I’m shooting only herds rn to stack diamonds then go after solo, I’ll shoot 2 fallow in a herd then the drink zone disappears. I’ll go back next rotation and it’s saying it’s a brand new zone like I just found it but they are in the same spot. What am I doing wrong?

Personally, I think u are crazy starting the game grinding wt. Wt is one of the lowest pay for kills. Try doing some missions and level up first before trying any grinding.

Try blacktail. They are on the right side up and down the river. They pay well and give good rifle score. That will give you money and xp and rifle score. They're easy to kill to.

I don't know if herd management really exists for geese tbh. I'm not totally sure how you would stack scoring potential when the geese spawn as a whole flock. But haven't looked into it at all tbh

From what I gather you have to kill all of the geese in the flock for them to respawn, so potentially if you killed off all the big geese of non main zone geese areas and then respawned your main flocks it could bump up? But idk specifics on hm at all I just hunt

Does the 300 Ar or semi version shoot the same as the bolt action? … ive done some testing and the semi auto versions of rifles shoot less accurately, or because all the bullets shoot with a straight curve the bullets drop more the their bolt or even break action counter parts……. For example The 30.06 bolt shoots slightly better then the m1, the 338 break is better than the bolt, huge difference between the 7mm bolt and the break, the break being way better in terms of ballistics. Has anyone tested?

Thats not good, so basically you leave small males and shoot big males its actually that simple. tripods are really good because they allow you shoot more animals before hunting pressure deletes the zone. Set up on 8 or so zones to shoot regularly and check the rest of your others every so often, as you do it more you will learn your map better and it will become easier and easier. The best teacher is time spent doing it!
